MTV Couple Leah Messer & Jeremy Calvert: ‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Updates Facebook, Removes Jeremy From Profile Photo, Cover

MTV couple Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert have taken their split one step further. After Calvert quit Twitter altogether last week, Messer has given her official Facebook fan page a makeover, removing all photos of Calvert from her profile.

On May 12, one half of the MTV couple, Messer, surfaced on Facebook, changing her cover photo to a photo of her three daughters, Ali, Aleeah, and Adalynn, and updating her profile photo to a solo one of herself.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, the MTV couple’s relationship drama has allegedly caused a rift between Messer and her Teen Mom 2 co-stars, Jenelle Evans, Kailyn Lowry, and Chelsea Houska.

“Jenelle [Evans] hasn’t talked to Leah or [husband] Jeremy [Calvert] about the divorce or Leah going to rehab,” a source told Radar Online earlier this month.

“Jenelle has no idea why Leah hasn’t talked to her about the situation, but Leah won’t talk to any of her costars about it either. Leah doesn’t talk to any of the other Teen Moms. Her costars aren’t her main support system and never have been.”

Prior to their split, the MTV couple was extremely close with fellow MTV couple Kailyn Lowry and husband Javi Marroquin. During MTV cast trips, the four reality stars were often seen together, and on occasion, they got together on their own. In fact, Lowry and Marroquin were in attendance when Messer married Calvert in 2012. But now, however, Marroquin and Calvert’s relationship appears to be the only one that has lasted.

The MTV couple began having issues during filming on Teen Mom 2 Season 5, which saw Messer and Calvert at odds over Calvert’s demanding career as a pipe layer. On the show, fans watched as Messer suggested she and her husband attend marriage counseling. Unfortunately, Calvert was unable to do so, as his job kept him out of town for weeks at a time.

Months after filming on Season 5 wrapped, things between the MTV couple got even worse, and Calvert took to Twitter, where he accused his wife of cheating on him with the same man she slept with just hours before marrying first husband Corey Simms.

While Messer denied Calvert’s accusations, he reportedly filed for divorce, and despite a few attempts at a reconciliation, the MTV couple is now estranged.

The MTV couple will be seen on Teen Mom 2 Season 6, when the series premieres on July 9 at 10 p.m.
