Jamie Foxx Gets Candid About Dating In Hollywood
Jamie Foxx is single, single, single. The actor-musician may be singing about being “All in Love” but he’s not attached to anyone, or at least this is what he told E!
When Foxx was asked about his love life, the singer wasn’t coy and straight out said that he was single. “How did James Brown say it? I’m ‘single and ready to mingle.'”
Foxx continued and was insightful about love and how tough it is to find it in Hollywood. “Love’s hard anywhere though. It’s really hard out here. But I been out here so long, it’s like you just sift through, sift through…”
The last time the Inquisitr reported on Jamie Foxx’s love life, he was denying reports that he was hooking up with actress Katie Holmes. At the time, he said the rumors had hurt his relationship with an undisclosed woman, but it sounds like maybe those rumors did more damage than what we originally thought.
At the time, Foxx said that the romance rumors affected his relationship. Of the rumors that he’s dating Katie Holmes, Foxx told Dish Nation the following:
“No, we’re not dating. I’m not the person who wants to be defined by anybody I date. So, even if I was dating someone, no one would know anyway. But it affects my situation because I got a girl who’s like, ‘Yo, who’s this [expletive]?'”
He continued, “The second time [the rumors] happened… we get together to do an animation thing and then somebody flips a picture to make it seem like we’re holding hands. I said, ‘If it was a real relationship, why didn’t they just get that? Why didn’t they get us kissing?'”

Although he’s not lucky in love currently, his current single “You Changed Me” which features Chris Brown, is blowing up the charts. He also just released a single called “Like A Drum” featuring Wale. This is all to gear up his next album, which he’s calling “Hollywood.”
The Grammy winner’s next album is set to drop on May 18 and is the fifth studio album. His last “Best Night of My Life” came out in 2010.
