Clooney Love: Amal Alamuddin Completely Changed George Clooney, Made Him ‘Optimistic’

George Clooney explained his love for Amal Alamuddin during a recent interview, and his words prove that he is a changed man. Clooney recently said that his wife gave him hope for the future, and made him realize that things are going to work out for him.

“All I know is that it sort of changed everything in terms of what I thought my future – my personal future – was going to be. But I’ve always been an optimist about the world. I wasn’t always completely optimistic about how it was going to work out personally for me. But now I am.”

According to Mail Online, Clooney and Alamuddin have made a deal when it comes to how they are going to make their schedules work.

“Our deal is that we can’t be more than a week apart. So far that’s worked out pretty well.”

George Clooney’s love for Amal Alamuddin has been obvious from the moment the two went public. He has taken opportunities to gush about her, and hasn’t been shy about his relationship. In the past, his arm candy didn’t seem to phase him one way or the other. The women seemed more like accessories to the actor, who many thought would be a bachelor forever. Amal changed that for him. She made him want to be more than just a rich single guy.

“She’s an amazing human being, and she’s caring. And she also happens to be one of the smartest people I’ve ever met. And she’s got a great sense of humor. There’s a number of reasons why.”

According to ABC News, George loves and respects his wife. He seems to really appreciate her intelligence, and her hard work. He also realizes that his work as a movie star doesn’t really hold a candle to his wife’s line of work, and he’s totally cool with it. In fact, George just gets it when it comes to Amal.

“I was shooting [a movie] in New York … and I come home after wearing a bomb vest all day, and my wife has just come back from Strasbourg where she was in the middle of a trial over the Armenian genocide with the International Court of Appeals and asks me about my day, and I say, ‘yeah, I had a fake bomb,’ and everything she does has actual consequence.”

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Clooney recently celebrated his 54th birthday with his wife. Putting the rumors to bed, he said that she didn’t buy him a new Porsche, but she did celebrate with him, and they had a lovely time.

The two are both working in New York City which affords them time to spend together. Clooney has been filming Money Monster while Amal has been teaching at Columbia.
