Kristin Cavallari Expecting Third Child After Losing 20 Post-Baby Pounds In Two Months With Paleo-Style Diet

Kristin Cavallari is expecting her third child, and the actress couldn’t be happier. She made the announcement with husband and NFL quaterback Jay Cutler by her side supporting the growth of the “cutler crew” baby train, reported Us Weekly.

Using her app, Kristin Cavallari Official, she shared the proud pregnancy news. Kristin and Jay currently have two sons: Camden who is two-years-old and Jaxon who is one year old.

“We’re at it again! Thrilled to announce baby number 3 is on the way! The cutler crew just keeps on growin’!”

For Kristin, life has changed dramatically since the days when starred in her reality TV show. Now a shoe designer, she and her football player husband have become increasingly focused on parenting in their personal life. And she treasures every moment.

“Camden is a really good big brother,” said the proud mom. “He’s very protective and very sweet, But he also gets a little upset when Jax tries to take his toys and messes with his stuff. He gets a little territorial with some stuff, so it’s kind of funny.”

However, although she’s thrilled to reveal her pregnancy, Kristin also admits that it’s not easy losing those post-pregnancy pounds, reported E News. But after two children, she’s become an expert in dropping as much as 20 pounds in just two months.

“I started working out when Jax was three weeks old,” revealed the reality TV star. “I’ve been working out four to five times a week for 30 to 45 minutes at home, doing tons of leg work like squats, lunges and lifting weights.”

In addition, Kristin does Pilates and focuses on her core, legs, and derriere.

“My stomach needs the most work but that takes time more than anything and diet plays a huge role.”

As for what she eats, Kristin emphasizes vegetables, organic protein, and healthy fats such as coconut oil in a Paleo-style diet.

“I don’t eat any toxic chemicals and I try to eat organic as often as possible. We eat a ton of veggies, chicken, grass-fed beef, bison and fish…I also love avocados with olive oil and sea salt and I put coconut oil in or on everything.”

As the Inquisitr reported, Christina Ricci also recently restored her pre-baby body by following a Paleo-style low-carb diet.

“I’m eating protein and vegetables,” summed up the actress of her no grains, no sugar, and no dairy diet.

In addition, Christina also does Pilates.

“My Pilates instructor wrote out three different routines for me. I’ve worked out, ‘OK, this one I can do in my dressing room, and this one in the studio at lunch.'”
