Amber Portwood & Catelynn Lowell Confront Farrah Abraham On ‘Teen Mom OG’

Amber Portwood stood up for herself in a recent MTV clip. According to a May 11 sneak peek by Wetpaint Entertainment, Amber Portwood and Catelynn Lowell voiced their opinions of Abraham’s subtweets during filming on a Teen Mom OG: After Show.

“You tweeted on Twitter or whatever about us not putting our kids on our book,” Lowell pointed out.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Abraham dissed her fellow Teen Mom stars, including Kailyn Lowry, Amber Portwood, and Catelynn Lowell, for not including a photo of their children on their books.

During the Teen Mom OG: After Show, Abraham explained her decision to have her daughter on her book, and revealed why she felt others should have done the same.

“It’s because I see it. I’m like, ‘Wow. I should really give thanks back to Sophia.’ She is the reason why I’m on the show. She’s the reason I wrote the book. She’s the reason I can continually open my eyes.”

Although Amber Portwood understood Abraham’s thought process in including Sophia on her book, she claims to have had her own personal reasons for not including daughter Leah on hers, and told Abraham her tweet was mean-spirited and should have never been made public.

“It’s like a f**king slap in the face, though, when you’re coming at us when you say that stuff on Twitter in front of everyone to see. You’re slapping me in the face pretty much saying, ‘You’re not a good mom.’ “

“I didn’t come at you. I didn’t say any of your names… I noticed something and I can voice it,” Abraham shot back.

“You still are attacking someone through social media,” Amber Portwood explained. “It doesn’t matter if you don’t put names on it. They know who you are talking about.”

As Amber Portwood pointed out, Abraham may not have mentioned her and the other ladies by name, but she did share a photo of her book, asking why there weren’t other children on MTV stars’ books.

In addition to Amber Portwood’s comments during the After Show, the reality star responded to Abraham online, telling her she chose to leave Leah off her cover out of respect, because her book included details about her sex life and drug use.
