Kourtney Kardashian’s Former Fling Wants To Prove He Fathered Mason

Kourtney Kardashian may be a mother of three children, but she can’t escape the drama that surrounds her family. Of course, Kourtney is one of the more laid-back Kardashian sisters, as she tends to stay at home and focus on her three children. But before becoming pregnant with little Mason back in 2009, Kourtney was single and her past has now come back to haunt her.

When Kourtney Kardashian became pregnant with Mason, she was indeed single. She and Scott Disick were on a break and he was partying. The two met up in Miami and hooked up. A few weeks later, Kardashian realized she was pregnant. But someone from Kourtney’s past claims that he could very well be the father of Mason.

According to a new Radar Online report, Kourtney Kardashian is still dealing with Michael Girgenti, who claims she hooked up with him around the time she got pregnant. This isn’t the first time that Michael has spoken out about this story. He even went as far as file lawsuits to get paternity tests done and tried to get custody of Mason.

A paternity test was done, which proved that Michael was not the father of Mason. Kourtney Kardashian provided samples of Mason’s DNA to the courts, but he didn’t believe that Kourtney was being honest about the samples. So, he is fighting back against Kardashian.

“I didn’t trust what they provided,” Girgenti revealed about the results, adding, “The court said that what she supplied was enough, and it was case closed unless there was further evidence. I wanted some court place to have her take it. If they were to grant me my wish, they would tell her to.”

At present time, the case is considered closed. And he wants to let the system do its job. However, he is convinced that Kourtney Kardashian is lying and he will continue to file lawsuits to get to the truth. Many have speculated that this is just a publicity stunt, so Kourtney may be better off ignoring this story.

But maybe this legal drama may be taking a toll on her relationship with Scott Disick. He recently called Kourtney crazy on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. According to the Inquisitr, Scott has been battling drugs and alcohol, and he recently went to rehab. Kardashian may be focusing more on her home life than on stories about her in the press.
