Stassi Schroeder Quits ‘Vanderpump Rules,’ Discusses Sex Tape, Former Co-Stars

Stassi Schroeder is officially done with Vanderpump Rules.

“This isn’t my life anymore,” Stassi Schroeder confirmed to Millennium Magazine, according to a May 8 report by Reality Tea.

After revealing she was glad to be done with reality television, Stassi Schroeder claimed the final straw came during the season 3 reunion, which she labeled as “the worst day of my life.” During filming, Stassi Schroeder voluntarily revealed she had made a sex tape — even after her boss, Lisa Vanderpump, paid the man in the film to ensure it was never released. Although it was completely Stassi Schroeder’s decision to expose the news, she went home and cried for hours.

“I held it together the whole time during taping, and went home afterwards and cried for two hours and went to sleep at 6:00 at night.”

Stassi Schroeder went on to explain that during the reunion, she felt like a fish out of water because she hadn’t maintained a relationship with her co-stars once the season wrapped. Because the reunion doesn’t film until months after filming, there was a substantial amount of time that went by before Stassi Schroeder was reunited with the rest of the Vanderpump Rules cast.

“I don’t hang out with these people. I don’t talk to them, and I’m not around it, I haven’t seen most of them in the seven months since filming stopped. It was so crazy to be back in that environment, and I was just looking at everyone just hating and fighting, and I thought there is just so much more than this minuscule situation.”

Stassi Schroeder wrapped up her decision, telling Millennium Magazine she was over being the mean girl on the show, and not a fan of the way she was pressured to behave.

“We’re not paid to sit around and get along. They want to see dirt. It was really hard. But we did it to ourselves, we put ourselves in that situation, so I can’t complain about it.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Stass Schroeder hinted she was done with Vanderpump Rules earlier this year, when she shared a photo of the cover of the magazine with her fans on Instagram. On the cover, the title read, “The Los Angeles Resident Speaks of Her Experience on ‘Vanderpump Rules,’ Taking a New Direction in Her Life, and Her Time as a Stalker.”
