According to a previous report by the Inquisitr, news broke of The Mindy Project cancellation on Wednesday, May 6, though neither Fox nor NBC Universal has officially confirmed the news. E! News went on to say that while the show may have been axed from Fox, that doesn’t guarantee that the show is coming to an end following its Season 3 cliffhanger finale.

In fact, since NBC Universal produces the show, rumor has it that NBC Universal will continue the show on Hulu. In fact, E! News stated that NBC Universal is currently in talks with Hulu for a multi-season pick up.
