Jennifer Aniston’s Trainer Tells What The Actress Does To Look So Good At 46

According to Yahoo! Health, Jennifer Aniston’s trainer tells what the actress does to look so good at 46. Her sculpted arms, gorgeous legs, and slim figure have inspired a lot of people over the years because Jennifer has the body that looks like a woman half her age. Her trainer says Aniston works out five times a day.

Kathy Kaehler is a trainer for the celebrities. She has worked with Jennifer Aniston, Drew Barrymore, and Kim Kardashian. Kaehler stated that her clients exercise and eat throughout the day. Instead of eating big meals, they eat up to five small meals each day.

The former Friends star squeezes in five-minute high-intensity workouts five times a day, along with a daily run. Her go-to meals are scrambled eggs for breakfast, white fish for lunch, and a grilled chicken taco for dinner. She does not forego snacks. She usually eats dark chocolate squares, blueberries, and goji berries.

“It’s a much better approach, especially for people who have resistance to exercise and use the excuse that they don’t have time to get in a workout.”

An example of one of Aniston’s five-minute workouts includes one minute of non-stop skipping, one minute of triceps dips, one minute of triceps kickbacks, one minute of push ups against the wall, and one minute of push ups on the floor.

Working out fives a day sounds a little excessive, but when you consider it adds up to only 25 minutes a day, it doesn’t seem overwhelming. It involves much less time than going to the gym every day.

Doug Sklar, a certified personal trainer and founder of New York City-based fitness training studio PhilanthroFIT, gives his opinion about the five-minute bouts of exercise.

“Finding short windows of time where someone can do high-intensity training is more realistic for most people than working out for a one-hour block.”

It’s a smart idea for Aniston or anyone else to eat throughout the day, says Samuel Accardi, lead dietitian for nutrition intelligence company Mind Plus Matter. His company advocates that people should eat up to seven small meals a day rather than two or three large ones.

Kaehler stresses that Aniston’s diet, combined with her exercise plan, is an effective way for anyone to stay fit. HealthyCeleb magazine gives an example of Jennifer Aniston’s diet and workout routine that anyone can follow.

Do you think you could get into the habit of eating five to seven meals a day along with exercising five times a day the way Jennifer Aniston does?
