Kris Jenner Staged Teary Response To Bruce’s Transgender Transition

Kris Jenner has been deemed by some to be the main strategist behind the Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality program.

However, new insider information has come up indicating Kris Jenner also recently used the reality show’s platform to stage a teary response to ex-husband’s Bruce transgender disclosure. This was following Bruce Jenner’s interview with Diane Sawyer of ABC, where he revealed the following.

“For all intents and purposes, I am a woman … My brain is more female than it is male.”

According to Radar, Kris Jenner’s response was due to a public backlash, which saw fans criticize her for not openly supporting Bruce following his revelation.

One of the most notable criticisms was from blogger Perez Hilton, who criticized Kris Jenner’s silence in regards to the matter on Twitter. He posted the following tweet about Kris Jenner.

Kris Jenner has no comment for ABC news and the #BruceJenner interview. His other two ex-wives give supportive statements.

According IB Times, Kris Jenner was not asked by ABC to comment.

As such, Kris Jenner proceeded to handle the situation the best way she knew how. Kris Jenner decided to show her softer side to woo fans back to her side.

A preview of the moment was reportedly run on Today, and showed Kris Jenner in bed and talking with Kim about Bruce Jenner, his struggles with his gender identity, and the falsehoods in their lives. Kris Jenner then says the following amid tears.

“I have these memories of like, this life, and I feel sometimes like it didn’t exist.”

The insider, according to Radar, had this to say about Kris Jenner’s strategy.

“It’s very much the Kardashians versus the Jenners, now … and it’s take no prisoners … It was absolutely shot after Bruce’s appeared on 20/20 with Diane Sawyer. The criticism that Kris received for not publicly supporting Bruce really stung. This was her attempt to show a softer side, and get the fans back in her corner.”

That said, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality show has so far been successful, and the Kardashian family just recently signed a deal with E! to continue for another four years.

According to a source who spoke to Us Magazine, Kris Jenner negotiated the deal for her family.

He added that Kris Jenner is a fierce negotiator. Apparently, Kris Jenner had threatened to leave the network, but it needed them. Kris Jenner is also the family’s manager.

The report also indicated that Bruce Jenner was excluded from the deal as he looks to exit the reality TV show and start his own with the network, which will mainly be centered around his transgender transition to a woman.
