Justin Bieber Thanks Lady Gaga For Public Support, ‘He Really Has A Sweetness To Him’

Lady Gaga is in Justin Bieber’s corner.

The Mother Monster posted a snap on Instagram of herself with the Biebs, taken during their hangout at Monday’s Met Gala in New York City.

In her caption, the 29-year-old songstress defended the heartthrob and shared advice she gave Justin at the high-octane fashion event.

“He really has a sweetness to him,” Lady Gaga wrote, continuing, “He grew up in front of the whole world. I reminded him to not get bothered.”

Gaga added, “Because at the end of the day. He’s the boss, and life isn’t always Roses. Lots of thorns.”

Late Tuesday, Bieber tweeted the ARTPOP singer, thanking her for support.

During their Met Gala meet, Gaga and Bieber joined the list of celebrities who defied the “no selfie” ban put in place by the Met, Vogue magazine, and Vogue editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour.

After the ball, Bieber sent some respect Gaga’s way by posting a photo of the pair at his Shots account. He captioned it, “Gaga is a Queen.”

The 21-year-old Instagrammed the same pic with a variant on his first note, writing, “Me and the queen.”

With the exception of the recently reported Coachella chokehold incident, which may well have been down to over-zealous security, the Biebs has been keeping the promise he made in his Comedy Central Roast speech to “turn things around.”

Amid focusing on his upcoming album, Bieber reached out to his fans in a recent interview with Hero magazine and said he hoped his fans believed that he is sorry for his previous missteps and is moving past them.

“I hope people felt the sincerity in my apologies,” the singer shared with Hero. “There are a lot of things that have happened in the last couple years that I’m not very proud of, and I feel a responsibility to my fans and to the public who believe in me to make it right.”

Bieber added, “I hope everyone believed it — because it was honest.”

More recently, the Canadian opened up to People magazine during his visit to Las Vegas to support pal Floyd Mayweather in his fight against Manny Pacquaio.

The Biebs told the magazine that the main motivation behind his intention to live and draw a line under his legal woes is his desire to be a positive role model for his younger brother and sister, Jaxon and Jazmyn.

“I love my brother and sister so much,” he declared. “I want to help them be the best they can be and being someone they can look up to is definitely an important part of that.”

Lady Gaga would certainly agree that sentiment and Bieber’s ongoing efforts.
