Michelle Rounds: Rosie Needs To Be Drug Tested, 2-Year-Old Dakota In Danger?

Michelle Rounds says that Rosie O’Donnell needs to be drug tested because the couple’s 2-year-old daughter, Dakota, isn’t safe. According to NewsOXY, Michelle and her ex-wife, Rosie, are in a heated custody battle over Dakota. About a week after Rounds filed for sole custody of the toddler, she submitted paperwork requesting O’Donnell be tested for drugs, claiming that her ex smokes pot, and that she drinks a “bottle of wine” every night.

If Rosie was forced to submit to a random drug test and failed, Rounds would more than likely receive full custody in an emergency order. Sources say that she wants to obtain custody “sooner rather than later” to ensure that Dakota isn’t in danger.

Michelle Rounds requesting Rosie be drug tested is quite a low blow. However, she doesn’t seem to be holding back much, and she really wants Dakota in her care. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Rounds has said that she wants nothing more from her ex — just full custody of their daughter.

“I will walk away from every dime of Rosie’s money if I get full custody,” Michelle Rounds said.

Rosie’s attorney spoke out about the new developments, but Rosie has refused to comment on the matter herself.

“This is an absurd and desperate attempt to use a child for her own gain,” said Rosie’s lawyer.

“I’m not commenting on legal issues,” Rosie O’Donnell said.

According to Fox News, Rounds and O’Donnell are supposed to be in court today.

“The couple who were married in 2012 are set to face off in court the Tuesday and the custody of their 2-year-old daughter Dakota is at issue. Rounds has applied for full custody on the grounds that O’Donnell is not a fit parent because of excessive use of alcohol and marijuana.”

Michelle Rounds will push to get Rosie drug tested, and if a judge decides to go down that road, things could get dicey — that is, of course, if Rosie is doing drugs of any kind. Many feel that Rounds would not have made these claims if she didn’t have facts to back them up, which could mean that Rosie is abusing drugs and/or alcohol.

Do you think Rosie should be drug tested? Or was this just a low blow from Michelle Rounds? Who do you think will end up with custody of Dakota? Should the two women keep custody at 50/50?

There is no question that the women’s meeting in court today is going to be tense.
