Kris Jenner Finds A Way To Cash In Bruce Jenner’s Transition

Everyone knew it was only a matter of time before Kris Jenner would find a way to cash in on her ex-husband Bruce Jenner’s transition to becoming a woman.

The world was shocked when the Kardashian family chose to opt out of appearing on Bruce’s television interview with Diane Sawyer, and now we know why.

The matriarch of the family, Kris Jenner, has a special two-hour episode of her reality show Keeping up with the Kardashians that is scheduled to air on May 17 and 18 on E! that will show the Kardashian/Jenner clan discussing Bruce’s decision to become a woman.

According to Mashable, the episode “captures intimate family conversations where Bruce’s transition and what it means for those relationships is discussed.”

Several members of Jenner’s family, including his sister, mother, two ex-wives and children from his first two marriages appeared in the special. However, his youngest daughters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, along with his Kardashian step-children, did not appear during Bruce’s revelation to Diane.

Kris allegedly declined to comment, saying that she was never asked to comment for the interview. ABC has since refuted this, stating that they made several efforts to contact Kris, but Kris says that none of those efforts reached her.

“Kris does not have official representation but a message was left at her office and she was asked for fact checking,” a statement released on Kris’ behalf stated, according to the Daily Mail. “Kris said she was unable to respond because she had not seen the special. She did not say, ‘No comment.'”

In the clip teasing the two-hour special, Kris can be seen sobbing while talking about her ex-husband.

“I have these memories of this life,” Kris says through tears. “And I feel sometimes like it didn’t exist.”

On Monday, Kim Kardashian sat down with Matt Lauer on the Today Show to discuss her relationship with Bruce, her step-father, saying that she is “really happy for him.”

“I’m really happy for him that he is living his life the way he wants to live it,” Kardashian told Lauer. “And that he has found inner peace and just pure happiness. That’s what life is about.”

“He has to deal with this for the rest of his entire life,” Kim says in sneak-peak of Keeping up with the Kardashians. “Waking up and feeling like, ‘Whoa! This isn’t my body. This doesn’t feel comfortable.’ That’s the only way I can kind of imagine it. And you really have to let go.”

The rest of Bruce’s step-children have only referenced his transition through their posts on social media.
