Cynthia Bailey Denies Porsha Williams’ Claim Peter Thomas Is A Cheater

One of the more heated moments of part 1 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion show that aired on Sunday night was Cynthia Bailey confronting Porsha Williams over saying that her husband, Peter Thomas, is a cheater. Porsha defended herself by saying that she was alone with Phaedra when she said those things so she wasn’t spreading it around, only for Cynthia to quickly remind her it was said for a TV show with 4 million viewers. Cynthia then slammed Porsha for using it as her storyline.

In her latest blog post, posted on Tuesday, Cynthia addressed Porsha’s claim that Peter is a cheater. Cynthia acknowledged that Peter comes into contact with a lot of women, not because he’s out on the hunt but simply because he’s doing his job as the owner of bars. Cynthia then pointed out that she would know if Peter was cheating on her because the woman would blab.

“Peter is the most accessible husband on the show. Tons of women walk through the doors of Bar One and Sports One every day. It is his job to be cordial and take pictures with them if requested. If he is too nice, he is flirting with them. If he is too standoffish, he is an a–hole. Most of the women are genuine fans, but some do have agendas. Regardless, they have the opportunity to meet him, shake his hand, hug him, and take a picture with him. If Peter was cheating on me, I would know about it. Any woman that has been with my husband (knowing that he is a married man) is not going to keep it a secret. They are going to tell someone. Women with no self-value or integrity will always go out of their way to make sure the wife finds out. In their small minds, it’s a victory.”

Yet Porsha continues to stand by her claim that Peter is a cheater. In a column for OK! Magazine posted on the Friday before part 1 of the reunion aired, Porsha said that Peter obviously won’t admit to his wrongdoings.

“I don’t think anybody wants to admit their wrongs on national television and that’s what happened with Peter.”

In an earlier episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Porsha Williams and Phaedra Parks met up for a meal at Porsha’s home. Phaedra told Porsha what happened when she met up with Cynthia Bailey to discuss Cynthia bringing up, in front of all the women, the allegation that she has been cheating on Apollo Nida with “Mr. Chocolate.” Phaedra criticized Cynthia for spreading gossip, since she herself has dirt on both Cynthia and Peter Thomas. Porsha chimed in that she knows Peter’s dirt as well but figured that when the woman knows, there’s no point in saying it. At another meeting, Porsha rhetorically asked Phaedra how Cynthia can be questioning Phaedra’s fidelity when her own husband is “sleeping with everybody in Atlanta.”

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, in mid March, Cynthia Bailey and Peter Thomas both responded to Porsha Williams and Phaedra Parks implying that there was cheating going on their marriage. Cynthia simply commented that she’s not surprised to see Porsha and Phaedra speaking about her negatively, and she seems to be their favorite topic of conversation. Peter, meanwhile, had a more scathing response.

“The s**t these women makeup to deflect WTF is happening in their lives is funny as hell. My marriage is solid. Can’t say the same for them.”
