Troubled Housewife Kim Richards Makes ‘Big Revelations’ During ‘Dr. Phil’ Interview

Troubled housewife Kim Richards reportedly makes some “big revelations” during today’s episode of Dr. Phil.

Following her April 16 arrest, the troubled housewife sat down with Dr. Phil McGraw at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel where she admitted to her recent relapse and discussed what happened in the hours leading up to her drunken incident.

In an interview with ABC News on April 28, McGraw revealed what fans can expect from the troubled housewife’s new interview.

“She wanted to tell her side of the story. We sat down and talked about it, and we had a very candid conversation about it. And some very… big revelations came out of this conversation.”

After speaking to Richards, McGraw had compassion for the troubled housewife, who is currently dealing with a number of stressful situations, including her ex-husband Monty Brinson’s cancer battle and her strained relationship with sister Kyle.

“I think that people are gonna see that even though this is someone who’s on a reality show, it’s a very real, human being, and I think there’s a lot going on in her life that people don’t realize. I think she is going to tell us exactly what happened that night, I think she’s going to tell us why it happened.”

On April 16, shortly after the fifth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills concluded, Richards was arrested at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles, California where she had reportedly had a number of drinks after initially relapsing at her daughter Brooke Brinson’s home.

Although McGraw felt for Richards, he was also quite blunt with her during the interview and slammed the troubled housewife for her bad parenting and deflecting behavior. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Richards and McGraw butted heads over Richards’ claim of having not planned to drink at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

“You’re at your daughter’s house and all of the sudden, you are in there pouring a drink, and then you roll into a bar at midnight — and you’re already drunk when you get there. Why would you not order a drink? Why would you go to a bar if you’re not going to order a drink?”

According to a sneak peek via Daily Mail Online, the troubled housewife claimed she only went to the hotel because it was a “safe” place for her, where she could relax and not have to drive while intoxicated.

The troubled housewife’s Dr. Phil interview airs later today, April 28.
