’19 Kids And Counting’ Star Jessa Duggar Dishes Pregnancy Workout And Diet After Jill Duggar C-Section: Twins Hint

19 Kids And Counting star Jessa Duggar Seewald is excited about her growing baby bump. The reality TV personality revealed that even though she’s pregnant, she’s determined to continue her workout and healthy diet, reported She Knows.

Jessa began a focused fitness program when she was shedding for her wedding to Ben Seewald. So, she’s not going to let go of that motivating momentum now, even though she dropped a hint that it might be twins.

The tip that Jessa and Ben might be having twins came when they created a video message about the pregnancy, reported Christian Times.

“Can’t wait to find out if it’s a boy or a girl. It could be both, who knows?”

With impeccable timing, Jessa and Ben learned that they would become first-time parents on their first wedding anniversary, reported People.

And Ben expressed concern about how his wife’s intense workouts might impact their unborn baby.

“What does it mean for your workouts? Let’s adjust them for pregnancy,” Ben suggested to Jessa.

She agreed to be careful.

“I’m just trying not to overdo it right now. I am still working out, but not trying to break any records.”

In addition to fitness, the couple is into following a healthy diet, with Jessa flaunting her virtuous choices such as smoothies on Instagram. The 19 Kids And Counting star is aware that the “eating for two” theory doesn’t mean gorging on hot fudge sundaes and hot dogs.

“I want to gain a little less weight and not stress out about it,” she explained.

“I do want to make sure that I’m eating healthy. You are eating for two but the other is, like, a speck. I am trying to make healthy choices now that I’m entering my second trimester.”

And while Jessa waits for her baby, she’s also excited about her tiny nephew, Israel David Dillard, born to her sister Jill Duggar, reported Us Weekly.

Jessa used Instagram to show off photos of her sister and nephew.

“This little man is too cute! #IsraelDavidDillard #BabyDilly @jillmdillard @derickdillard.”

As the Inquisitr reported, 19 Kids And Counting favorite Jill and her husband Derick Dillard experienced a health scare when she suffered through 70 hours of labor.

Israel David was born on April 6, and Jill’s fans were eagerly checking for updates because her baby’s due date was March 24.

“His birth didn’t go as expected,” admits Jill now. “But having him here – it’s worth all of it. I wouldn’t do anything differently.”
