Niall Horan And Melissa Whitelaw Are Definitely A Thing

One Direction star Niall Horan seems to be in a relationship with Australian beauty Melissa Whitelaw after all. As reported in Inquisitr, back in February Irish charmer Niall met Melissa while he was in Australia during the early stages of One Directions "On The Road Again" world tour. Sadly, when it seemed that Niall was getting involved with Melissa, she was subjected to a barrage of hate from Niall Horan's so called fans.

When details of Niall Horan's relationship with Whitelaw was rumored, some fans even threatened to kill her whilst others claimed that she should either "leave on her own or be forced out."

It seems that Niall's new girlfriend is made of stern stuff though as it appears that the distasteful comments sent in her direction by jealous fans have not put Melissa off.

The Mirror reports that Niall and Melissa were photographed holding hands and kissing at London's Libertine nightclub where they whiled away a couple of hours between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. Niall and Melissa were dressed casually and looked relaxed as they emerged from the nightclub.

Niall Horan has been single for the majority of his time with One Direction, though rumors and speculation about his love life are never far away. On this occasion the rumors seem to be correct, especially after Niall took Melissa to the fund raising event or youth charity Trekstock. Niall's band-mate Liam Payne is an ambassador for the charity that supports young adults with cancer.

In much sadder news, 21-year-old Niall Horan has paid tribute to his friend and BBC radio presenter Colin Bloomfield who died from skin cancer on Saturday, aged just 33. The Sunday Express reports that Niall took to Twitter to spread the news of his friends passing with his 22 million followers.

Niall told his followers that he was "sad to hear of the passing of Colin Bloomfield, he was a super guy and a great commentator."

Niall also spoke of Colin's passion for Derby County football club and said that Colin will be "sadly missed" around the club before offering his condolences to Colin's friends and family.
Niall's sad post touched a chord with many of his followers. It has been re-tweeted over 80,000 times and Favorited over 127,000 times. According to the Mirror Niall's friend was first diagnosed with cancer over 10 years ago when a malignant melanoma was removed from his leg. Sadly the cancer returned in 2013 and last year he was given just months to live after the cancer spread throughout his body.
