Christian Mom Outraged Over This Photo, And Thinks You Should Be, Too

A Christian mom, who chose to remain anonymous in an interview with WMC Action News 5, said that she is outraged over the image you see above, and once you hear why, she thinks you will be, too.

The mother snapped the photo while parked behind a school bus in her child’s district. She believes there are clear Satanic sentiments visible for all to see and interpret.

Those sentiments come in the form of the bus’s brake lights. If you’re still scratching your head, it’s because the lights are shaped like pentagrams, which have been used as a logo for the Church of Satan.

“Anyone who fears a God, if not God and Jesus Christ, should be outraged,” the woman said.

In spite of its early pro-Christian origins — as late as the 14th Century it was meant to represent the five wounds of Christ and was used on the shield of Sir Gawain in “Sir Gawain and the Green Knight” — the Cordova, Tennessee, mom likened the brake lights to swastikas.

“If you can’t put a cross on there, you cannot put a pentagram on it,” she said.

Practicing Wiccan Jo Applewhite, in comments reported by KWGN, felt the Christian mom and her outrage were misplaced.

“Wiccans… we believe in God, we believe in Jesus, but we don’t call him God,” said Applewhite. “Find out what it really means before you start getting riled up and all worked up about something. Go find out if it was intentional.”

For the mother’s part, she said that since snapping the photo and posting it to her social media account, she has had to endure death threats at the hands of pro-Satanist commenters.

(None of those threats were reproduced in either news report, and since the media is honoring the woman’s request to keep her identity a secret, it’s hard to tell what those threats sound like unless you’re a direct friend of the woman.)

One person, who is a friend of the woman, felt the evidence was compelling even though she stopped short of saying it was intentionally Satanic.

“Why’d they put it up there,” the woman asked. “Why’d they put it upside down?”

This isn’t the first time that Satanists and Christians have clashed in the last several months. In a previous report from the Inquisitr, there was this story about a Satanic children’s book that was being dispersed to schools in Florida.

In the case of the Christian mom and the pentagram brake lights, do you think it’s just a coincidence or a clear outrage? Sound off in the comments section.
