Patrick Schwarzenegger Hospitalized After Ski Accident

Patrick Schwarzenegger, son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, has a little bit of a pain in the a$$ after injuring his posterior in a skiing accident yesterday. The celebrity child was rushed to the hospital after colliding with an inanimate object.

Patrick proved his resilience while recovering in a Sun Valley, Idaho hospital. The 18-year-old tweeted a few photos of himself on a stretcher with a breathing mask Saturday shortly after the accident, but the daredevil reassured his followers that he was okay.

He tweeted to his friends and followers later in the day saying,

“Little ski accident today. Some bruises and stitches down back and but. Thanks to sun valley doctors for everything,”

Patrick also had the guts to post a photo of his lower back and butt which revealed a really nasty cut that required stitches.

Just last year, his younger brother Christopher, 14, was also injured while trying his hand at some extreme sports. Christopher was involved in a boogie-boarding accident that landed him in the hospital for a short stay.

At the time his mother, Maria Shriver, had tweeted to her followers,

“Blessed to be able to take Christopher out of the hospital last night. What a feeling of relief to know that he’s going to be fine. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers. The whole family, especially Christopher, felt your love.”

Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger are currently in counseling to repair their marriage after it came out last year that Arnold had been having a years long relationship with the maid and has even fathered a child out of wedlock. Shriver is one of the living descendants of the famous Kennedy dynasty.
