Priscilla Presley Wedding Chapel Appearance: Elvis’ Former Wife Acts As Matron Of Honor For Couple

Fans are loving the Priscilla Presley wedding chapel appearance Elvis Presley’s former wife just made in Las Vegas. The appearance took place at the Westgate Las Vegas hotel and casino as Kaycee Satava and Cameron Baker tied the knot.

The big day came as the “Graceland Presents Elvis: The Exhibition – The Show – The Experience” opened on Thursday. As the Las Vegas Sun notes, Priscilla Presley’s wedding chapel appearance came during the first wedding to take place at the new chapel, named the Elvis Presley Graceland Wedding Chapel.

Kaycee Satava, 26, and Cameron Baker, 25, scored the wedding opportunity via a contest on the Today show. The two had plenty to get excited about with their nuptials coming via the show with little notice. Little did they know that their wedding would have a very special participant. They were shocked the day before the wedding when Priscilla offered to be the matron of honor.

Cameron and Kaycee only had a few days to prepare for the big wedding, but things got even more exciting as they, and their baby, Lucy, were first greeted by correspondent Jenna Bush Hager. Then they were shocked by Priscilla Presley’s wedding chapel offer. First they thought Presley was just meeting and congratulating them, then Priscilla made the offer to be a part of the wedding party.

Early Thursday morning, the event happened. Jenna carried 6-month-old Lucy down the aisle first, with Presley coming down next. Kaycee walked down the aisle on her own, and then the big moment took place. It may have been a small ceremony, but it was definitely a memorable one for Kaycee and Cameron.

Kaycee has shared she’s always been a big Elvis Presley fan, so this unique wedding was a dream come true. It’s said that Lisa Marie Presley was going to be in attendance as well, and the Priscilla Presley wedding chapel appearance was just the first in a string of events for the exhibition debut.

There’s been some buzz from Priscilla in the past regarding the focus on Elvis at Las Vegas chapels. As was recently reported by the Inquisitr, Priscilla instituted a ban on impersonators at the new exhibit. She says that she feels it cheapens the experience, and she wants the chapel and experience to be authentic. While there may be no impersonators at the chapel, it looks like the experience will be a fun one for fans of the late singer.

Did Priscilla Presley’s wedding chapel stint kick things off with the new chapel and exhibit on the right note?
