Mackenzie McKee Divorce: ‘Teen Mom 3’ Divorce Details [Update]
Mackenzie McKee and her husband Josh are the latest Teen Mom couple to part ways. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Mackenzie McKee’s marriage reportedly came to an end after Josh tossed Mackenzie’s wedding ring down the toilet and stormed out of their Oklahoma home.
According to an April 19 report by The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, Mackenzie McKee and husband Josh have been struggling with their marriage for months, and may soon be featured on a new reality show because of it.
Although it hasn’t yet been confirmed, Mackenzie McKee and her husband are reportedly in talks to appear on an upcoming season of VH1’s Couples Therapy, following in the footsteps of fellow Teen Mom stars, Catelynn Lowell, Tyler Baltierra, and Farrah Abraham.
The site claimed Mackenzie McKee recently appeared on Get Real LOL, where she admitted to struggling with her and Josh’s relationship. During the Skype show, Mackenzie McKee revealed something about her marriage.
“There are still ups and downs in the marriage. It’s just how the relationship goes.”
As for the possibility of appearing on Couples Therapy with Josh, Mackenzie McKee explained, “I’ll wait [to announce that] because there are a lot of shows pending…I will let you guys know which show I’m going to be on, or if I’m going to be on a show.”
Mackenzie McKee’s manager, a woman named Gina, appears to be a near-confirmation that the reality star and her husband are at least in talks to be on the show. Gina has managed a number of celebrities, who have appeared on Couples Therapy, and Abraham was one of them.
On social media, there doesn’t appear to be any signs of a split between Mackenzie McKee and Josh, but fans shouldn’t be surprised if they are soon announced for the upcoming season of the show. After all, the series was recently renewed and just so happens to be currently casting for the upcoming installment.
The Ashley‘s also reported Mackenzie McKee’s husband has already removed his “married” relationship status from his Facebook page.
According to a TMZ report on Sunday, the couple’s marriage was on the rocks for months, but after Mackenzie crashed her brand new Kia into a ditch before insuring the vehicle, their marital issues were taken to an all-time high. Although 310 Nutrition reportedly gave Mackenzie McKee, who often plugs their product on social media, $10,000 towards repairs, Josh had enough, and walked out on her and their two young children.
