Khloe Kardashian Makes Up For Missing Sister Kourtney’s 36th Birthday Party By Posting Sweet Instagram Message

Khloe Kardashian is sorry for missing sister Kourtney’s 36th birthday party, but Khloe had a good excuse — lending her celebrity name to the launch of a new mobile messaging app.

Kourtney Kardashian celebrated her birthday on Saturday by throwing a party at one of the family’s frequent hot-spots, 1OAK in Las Vegas. But at the same time, Khloe was hosting quite a party of her own to back the launch of Regroupd, a group messaging app.

TMZ had details about Khloe’s bash, which took place at Coachella.

“Khloe’s rented out a big house in the desert, where she’s expecting 100 celebs, who will be well fed. There will be 2 food trucks — Coolhaus Ice Cream and Umami Burger.

“Beer pong tables are at the ready, as is pool basketball.

“Khloe will roam the backyard giving celebs tutorials on her app.”

While Khloe was missing Kourtney Kardashian’s birthday, family members shared their love on social media.

To make up for missing Kourtney’s birthday, Khloe herself posted a collage of pictures of the sisters together along with a sweet message.

“Kourt you are the yin to my yang, the Siegfried to my Roy, the Lucy to my Ricky, The Thelma to my Louise, the Wayne to my Garth, the Posh to my David, the sugar to my spice, the icing to my cake. I cannot express how much I love you, respect you, admire you… You inspire me every day. I couldn’t ask for a better big (little) sister. My life would be meaningless without ALL of you. So with every single birthday I am more and more appreciative that we get to spend another year together only strengthening our bond as soulmates every single one of us.”

Mom Kris Jenner had her own touching things to say to Kourtney, her oldest daughter.

“When you were born I realized what true love really is,” Kris added. “You are the most amazing Mom I have ever known, the best daughter, friend, sister, and partner and you are loyal to a fault… You are the most beautiful person inside and out and I am so blessed and honored to be your Mom and we are all better because we get to share life with you.”

Missing Kourtney’s birthday appears to be worth it for Khloe Kardashian. Adding her celebrity name to the Regroupd launch has helped the app off to a great start, with one of her Instagram messages about the app receiving close to one million likes and more than 5,000 comments.
