Amber Marchese Speaks Out On ‘RHONJ’ Future While Dina Mazo Hints At New Show

The cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey are apparently just as in the dark about the show’s future, as are its fans. In response to a fan who tweeted Amber Marchese to ask if she will be on the next season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Amber admitted that she’s not sure.

Not only is Amber and her husband, Jim Marchese, unsure of their future on the reality TV show, apparently so is everyone else who made up the Season 6 cast: Melissa Gorga, Teresa Giudice, Dina Manzo, Nicole Napolitano, and Teresa Aprea.

“We are all still in flux,” Amber wrote on Friday morning.

Viewers first saw Amber, along with twins Nicole and Teresa A., for the first time on the show’s sixth season. While Amber wrote that everyone is still in flux, OK! Magazine reported on Tuesday that Nicole and Teresa A. have been let go from the show after their premiere season.

A source told the magazine that the twins aren’t set to return next season. Yet the twins are apparently still holding out hope that producers will change their decision.

“They want everyone to think they’re coming back, so they keep posting old pictures of themselves filming.”

Unlike Amber Marchese, one person who doesn’t seem to be waiting to hear back on the show is Dina Manzo, who returned for the sixth season after several seasons away. Judging by her Twitter and Instagram feeds, which have recently been filled with photos of herself and her dog in Malibu, Dina has moved, at least temporarily, to the West Coast.

Recently, Dina also hinted that she’s filming a new show. On Wednesday, Dina posted a photo of herself walking, on the beach with her dog, past a camera.

“Film crews at the beach house today…#malibulife,” Dina wrote.

Dina’s tease prompted several people to ask her if she’s filming a spin-off show, if she has actually moved away from New Jersey, and whether she plans on returning to The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Some people simply expressed excitement over whatever it is that Dina has in the works.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, executive producer Andy Cohen said in mid-March that no one has been cast for the seventh season yet. He also said that he’s keeping tabs on Teresa Giudice, who is currently serving out her prison sentence in Danbury, Connecticut, through Dina Manzo.

“You know what, I haven’t spoken to Teresa yet. Her access to the outside world is obviously limited. Certainly I’m thinking about her. I woke up thinking about her this morning actually. I’m kind of checking in through Dina to find out how she’s doing and by all accounts she’s hanging in there and doing okay. And we’ll watch what happens with that.”

A few weeks later, Andy revealed that they’re casting for Season 7 of The Real Housewives of New Jersey and that it may take a while to finalize.
