Gary Shirley’s Pregnant Girlfriend’s Ex Filed A Restraining Order Against Her [Report]

Gary Shirley’s girlfriend has reportedly been served with a restraining order.

During the recently premiered Teen Mom OG, fans were introduced to Kristina Anderson for the very first time. Although Gary Shirley had been dating Anderson for many months prior, fans hadn’t yet seen her on the show until its March 31 debut. Unfortunately, just weeks after Anderson began her MTV run, she has made her way into the press — and it isn’t good news.

On April 17, Radar Online revealed Anderson’s ex-husband, Greg, filed a restraining order against her last year, three months after their divorce was made final.

In the documents, Greg accused Gary Shirley’s girlfriend, who is currently expecting their child, of “subjecting and allowing” their 7-year-old daughter, Karly, to appear on Teen Mom OG.

“Father does not agree that the minor child’s appearance on the reality TV show is in his daughter’s best interest and Father believes that such appearances are harmful.”

In his papers, Greg requested Anderson be restricted from “entering into any type of contract with New Remote Productions Inc., MTV, or its affiliates for the parties’ minor daughter Karly” and “allowing Karly to be filmed… and/or to appear on any television show including but not limited to the reality show Teen Mom.”

In response, a court granted the motion and scheduled a hearing for July 25, 2014. A short time later, after the former couple reportedly settled their differences, the hearing was canceled.

So far, fans of Gary Shirley’s reality show have not seen Karly, which appears to hint that Anderson agreed to leave the child out of the show. Anderson and her ex-husband also came to the agreement that Greg would have “primary physical custody of their daughter.”

According to Radar Online, Gary Shirley began dating Anderson in 2013, months after his ex-girlfriend, Amber Portwood, entered prison. However, Anderson’s divorce from Greg wasn’t initiated until January 28, 2014.

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Portwood, who reportedly thought Shirley would wait for her release, felt Shirley cheated on her with Anderson, but he denied it on Facebook.

“I told her about my girl 5 days after I officially started dating her. I told her in front of my girl friend over the phone cause I didn’t wanna lie! Plz be aware that most of what she has said is false! Amber unfortunately has to put a spin on things to make her the victim plus it helps her dog me a lil!”

Gary Shirley’s daughter with Anderson is reportedly due in May.
