‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Chelsea Backtracks, More Evidence Against Sharon Found

Friday’s episode of The Young and the Restless will have lots for viewers to take in, as this week has incorporated big moments on nearly every storyline. Kelly’s alive and keeping Jack hostage, Sharon was arrested, Billy and Victoria kissed, and Chelsea and Gabe got intimate. What Young and Restless spoilers are available for the April 17 episode?

Celeb Dirty Laundry teases that after Chelsea and Gabe do the deed, she’ll admit a bit of shock about what they just did. She heads home and tells Billy they need to talk, and Young and Restless spoilers indicate he will confess that he kissed Victoria and regrets having done it.

While “Team Chadam” fans thought perhaps Thursday’s union would pave the way to bigger things for Chelsea and Gabe — who is really Adam — that may not be the case. As She Knows Soaps shares, Chelsea will hold back on telling Billy anything about what just happened with Gabe. Billy begs for forgiveness for the kiss with Victoria, and it seems that Chelsea will suggest that she and Billy get married right away.

Elsewhere, Nick and Noah will argue about whether Sharon could have really killed Courtney and Austin. Nick plans to protect Faith and keep her away from Sharon, and Noah talks about planning Courtney’s funeral.

Dylan, Stitch, Summer, Abby, and Kyle will be at Crimson Lights together talking about Sharon. Dylan and Stitch discuss the idea that the real killer is framing Sharon, and they need to keep their guard up. Noah soon arrives, and it’s mentioned that a necklace Courtney was wearing when she was killed is missing.

Michael and Sharon will discuss her case and she feels that things are hopeless. Y&R spoilers detail that Michael notes how this type of situation motivates him, and he talks about his approach to the case. Dylan shows up and they get a heads-up that the police got a warrant to search her home. Worrying that the killer has planted more evidence, Dylan searches and finds what seems to be Courtney’s necklace in the trunk of Sharon’s car. Before the group can come up with a plan, the police knock at the door.

Back at the penthouse, Sage shows up to retrieve her things, and Adam hands her signed divorce papers. The two bicker, of course. As Sage leaves, she sees Chelsea and warns her about Gabriel. Chelsea and Adam talk, and she admits that she didn’t tell Billy what had happened between then. When Adam offers to fill his rival in, Chelsea reveals that she’s still planning to marry Billy.

Just how long will Adam be able to keep up the ruse that he’s Gabriel? Will his real identity be revealed thanks to the fake Jack or via something happening with Billy and Chelsea? Will Chelsea really marry Billy, or will that plan fall apart? Fans are anxious to see how this all plays out weekdays on The Young and the Restless.
