Bobbi Kristina Brown to Give Exclusive Interview to Oprah Winfrey

Bobbi Kristina Brown was interviewed on Friday by Oprah Winfrey, which marks the first time Bobbi Kristina has been interviewed since the death of Whitney Houston in February.

Oprah’s interview with Bobbi Kristina is scheduled to air on March 11 on Oprah’s Next Chapter, which is available on Oprah’s “OWN” network. Winfrey’s camp has yet to share any excerpts from the Friday interview with Bobbi Kristina, only saying that the 18-year-old shared “personal memories” of her mother, and how Bobbi Kristina would like for her to be remembered.

“Bobbi Kristina shares personal memories of her mom and how she would like the iconic superstar to be remembered. The family also addresses the rumors and speculation surrounding Houston’s death,” a press release from the OWN network reads.

Houston was found unconscious in the bathroom of her hotel at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, CA on February 11. Houston’s family is still awaiting the final toxicology report, but early indications suggest that prescription drugs could have played a role in her death.

Following Houston’s death, Bobbi Kristina was hospitalized on several occasions, reportedly for alcohol-related reasons. Since then there we claims that Bobbi Kristina could be battling with addiction, but Bobbi Kristina’s grandmother, Cissy Houston, denied those claims.
