T.J. Lane Charged as a Juvenile for Ohio School Shooting

T.J. Lane, the 17-year-old who is being accused of killing three of his fellow students earlier this week at Chardon High School, has been charged with three juvenile counts of aggravated murder.

The grave crime had many people calling for Lane to be tried as an adult. According to the CS Monitor, Lane would only face a few years in detention if he is found guilty of aggravated murder and attempted murder in the juvenile court. If he was tried as an adult, he could face life in prison.
