Jessica Biel, Justin Timberlake Welcome Baby Son Silas
Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake have welcomed their first child together. The couple brought a happy and healthy baby boy into the world, according to an Us Weekly report. The online magazine was also one of the first to report that Jessica and Justin were having a baby back in November.
There’s no doubt that Biel, 33, and Timberlake, 34, will want to keep this special moment to themselves. Fans will have to wait a while to see any photos of their new son. An inside source told the news magazine that Biel and Timberlake are just basking in the moment right now.
An insider told Us Weekly, “Right now they are just enjoying the news for themselves. They just want a happy baby.”
A rep confirmed the name of Jessica and Justin’s son to People magazine. The couple welcomed Silas Randall Timberlake into the world. The rep also noted that Jessica and Justin are “ecstatic” over their little bundle of joy. Further news about their son is being kept under wraps at the moment, according to the online magazine.
Biel and Timberlake are no strangers to keeping the news of their baby under wraps. Timberlake confirmed on his 34th birthday that he was expecting his first child with his first wife. The “Suit & Tie” singer took to Instagram to make the public announcement. Timberlake shared a photo of himself kissing Biel’s very bare and very pregnant belly.
Justin captioned the photo: “Thank you EVERYONE for the Bday wishes! This year, I’m getting the GREATEST GIFT EVER. CAN’T WAIT! #BoyorGirl #YouNeverKnow #WeDontEvenKnow #WeAreTakingBets”
The singer also included hashtags that the couple was making guesses on the sex of the child. Justin and Jessica opted to keep it the sex a surprise.
People magazine also noted that before Biel gave birth, she celebrated her own birthday. Timberlake took to Instagram again to show his wife some more love.
“Happy Bday to the sweetest, most GORGEOUS, goofiest, most BAD-ASS chick I know. You make me smile ’til it hurts. I love you like crazy.”
Justin even reportedly gushed about his wife at the 2015 iHeartRadio awards show.
“You can’t have innovation without creation. I want to thank my best friend, my favorite collaborator, my wife Jessica at home. Honey I can’t wait to see our greatest creation yet. Don’t worry, daddy’s heading home right now to innovate by learning how to change a poopy diaper and get my swaddle on.”
The Inquisitr previously reported that Justin Timberlake received a baby gift from his famous ex-girlfriend, Britney Spears. The pop singer allegedly sent Jessica and Justin a basket that included books, blankets, candles, and oils, along with a handwritten note from the legendary Ms. Britney Spears herself. Jessica and Justin were reportedly “blown away” by the kind gesture.
Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake dated on and off for five years before tying the knot in Italy in October of 2012. It’s the first child for both Biel and Timberlake.
