Ellen DeGeneres Divorce: Ellen, Portia De Rossi ‘Living Apart,’ Having Serious Marital Problems?

Ellen DeGeneres divorce rumors have resurfaced, and a new report claims that Ellen and her wife, Portia de Rossi, are living apart. According to OK! Magazine, a source says that the talk show host has been spending her nights away from the home she shares with Portia, and that the two women have not been communicating about their failing marriage, but have been “living out their problems apart,” which isn’t helping any.

The report claims that things have gotten really tense between Ellen and Portia, and that their work schedules have caused even more trouble. The two are so busy that their marriage has been placed on a back burner — at least that’s what one source claims.

“They often end up fighting about their issues instead of working on them. Portia really wants their marriage to work. And hopefully the time apart will help the couple figure things out,” the source said.

Ellen DeGeneres divorce rumors have been debunked by Gossip Cop, the site claiming that OK! Magazine continues to stir the pot, but each time they publish a new story, nothing comes out of it. A source close to the couple say that the latest batch of rumors are “completely untrue.”

Story after story, Ellen and Portia seem to be doing just fine. They pair rarely respond to the never-ending split rumors, but whenever they are together, they prove all of the rumors wrong.

This isn’t the first time that Ellen DeGeneres divorce rumors have surfaced, either. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, breakup rumors surfaced again back in January. Then, a source claimed that the couple were hiding their issues, and that behind closed doors, the two had been “arguing over everything.”

Since that time, Ellen and Portia have been spotted together, and they certainly have not showcased any signs of a troubled marriage. While a lot of celebrities find themselves subject to split rumors, Ellen and Portia are really easy targets. They are fairly private people, which makes the public curious, for starters. Secondly, they have a high-profile gay marriage, and sadly, some people believe that is a recipe for failure. Add these things together, and many find themselves actually believing the gossip, which is why it is so easy for tabloids to get people talking.
