Anna Kendrick, Actress Of Upcoming ‘Pitch Perfect 2’, Tantalizes In ‘Glamour UK’ — Goes Braless To Rock Nipple-Jeweled Dress

Either fans know her from her major roles in Into the Woods or The Last Five Years, or her minor roles in Scott Pilgrim vs. the World or the Twilight film adaption, Anna Kendrick has been lighting up the media as of late. True, most of these media appearances are to help promote her upcoming movie Pitch Perfect 2, but it is nice to see Kendrick return to mainstream promotion. The Inquisitr even reported on one such promotional appearance when Anna Kendrick appeared on Lip Sync Battle.

Now, the promotional appearances in accordance to the eventual box office release of Pitch Perfect 2 continues, as Glamour UK released promotional pictures of Anna Kendrick in their May 2015 edition of the magazine. What is amazing about Kendrick’s photo shoot is the fact such fashion is not her style. Ergo, seeing Anna Kendrick go braless to rock a nipple-jeweled dress is not just out of the norm, but tantalizing.

According to Hollywood Life, Anna Kendrick unleashed her inner sexy vixen during a photo shoot with Glamour UK. Some of the clothing Kendrick wore during the shoot included a sheer leopard-print blouse with leather pants and a Gucci military jacket with leopard-print shorts. Yet the one shot that truly stood out is shown on the cover of the magazine.

As shown on the cover above, Anna Kendrick goes braless to wear a jeweled dress while sporting sexy bed hair. Kendrick has an enticing appeal with her smoky eye shadow and “come hither” expression. All in all, the complete package is a home run that oozes equal parts sex appeal and edginess.

The one particular detail that grabs most viewers is the dress. It is from the Spring/Summer 2015 line by Tom Ford, a designer becoming quite popular for jeweled nipple dresses. People first got a taste of Ford’s work when Rihanna wore one of his gowns featuring the attention-grabbing detail. Kendall Jenner also wore one in her video for magazine Dazed, and Cara Delevingne lit up the red carpet in one at the British Fashion Awards.

It should also be noted that seeing Anna Kendrick posed and clothed in such a way is a rarity. Along with the photo shoot, Kendrick did an interview in which she reveals how awkward she feels posing in such elaborate and glamorous dresses, especially on the red carpet.

“Every year that goes by, I think that my on-camera smile is going to get easier…And its got worse and worse, to the point where I’m giving that Britney Spears terrified smile, where the lips are upturned, but there’s nothing but fear in the eyes…”

Pulse actually pointed out that Anna Kendrick’s everyday attire is nowhere near glamorous. As a matter of fact, Kendrick reveals she dresses for comfort, which in turn may be a reason why paparazzi spend little to no attention to her.

“I’m dressed really boring in sweatpants and sneakers, so those pictures just don’t sell. You need to be really styled – in the perfect leather jacket and little booties, and have your red lipstick and your coffee – and I haven’t managed that yet. If I’ve got jeans on, it’s a good day.”

Maybe Anna Kendrick’s basic lifestyle, despite being a Hollywood star, is what other stars need to follow if they want to keep their lives private when not in front of a camera. A testament to this is when personal and private pictures of celebrities were hacked and uploaded to the internet, an event known as “The Fappening.” Anna Kendrick is one of stars to be victimized but she did not suffer from it because all her pictures were fully-clothed.
