Did Bill Cosby Confess To Sexual Assault? One Accuser Thinks He Did While Under Oath

An alleged victim who filed suit against Bill Cosby thinks he may have confessed to sexual assault years ago. Tamara Green thinks the comedian may have admitted to sexually assaulting her in his 2005 deposition.

According to TMZ, the accuser believes the proof she needs to win her defamation suit against Cosby is in his deposition from a 2005 lawsuit brought by Andrea Constand. Tamara Green filed new legal documents in her case against Bill Cosby, asking the judge to force the comedian to release that deposition because she believes he admitted to sexually assaulting women, including herself. The records from the 2005 case have remained sealed since the parties settled the case out of court.

Though the statute of limitations had run to file criminal charges, Tamara Green filed a defamation lawsuit in December against the 77-year-old comedian, as previously reported by the Inquisitr. Green’s initial sexual assault claim stems from an incident in the 1970s when the pair went on a lunch date, which she claims ended with Cosby drugging and raping her. Tamara filed the defamation suit because she says The Cosby Show dad and his representatives have damaged her reputation by repeatedly denying her sexual assault allegations. She is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.

In January, two more Cosby accusers joined in Green’s lawsuit. According to CNN, Linda Traitz and Therese Serignese joined the lawsuit, as they say Cosby’s reps have repeatedly called the two liars since coming forward with their allegations against the comedian.

Over 30 women have come forward to make drugging and sexual assault allegations against Bill Cosby. Although his attorneys have denied their client sexually assaulted anyone, more women continue to come forward. Two new accusers, represented by Attorney Gloria Allred, came forward just two weeks ago with a similar story to many of the accusers, as the Inquisitr reports. One of those accusers, Sunni Welles, claims she was just 17-years-old when Cosby drugged and raped her twice. The second accuser, Margie Shapiro, says the comedian drugged and raped her at the Playboy Mansion in the 1970s.

“I came to a little and the first thing I saw was Bill Cosby’s face not far above me and we were both naked. He was inside me and touching me and I was so grossed out, I can’t find the words to express my disgust.”

Although the claims are mounting, the 77-year-old comedian has yet to address the allegations head on.

TMZ reports having contacted Cosby’s representative to comment on the new court documents filed by Tamara Green, but have not received a response.
