‘Dancing With The Stars’ Results Week 4: Who Gets Voted Off, And What’s The Big ‘DWTS’ Surprise?

Which couple is voted off Dancing with the Stars on Week 4? The April 6 live results show will happen right after fans watch the remaining 10 celebrities and the pro dance partners perform in Monday night’s “Most Memorable Year” competition.

Not only will the couples dance to songs that pay tribute to a special time in their lives, ABC hinted over the weekend that there will be a big surprise at some point during DWTS on Monday night (video below). What’s the surprise, and who’s leaving tonight?

UPDATE: In jeopardy this week were Riker and Allison; Michael and Peta; and Willow and Mark. Tom Bergeron called Willow and Mark as safe first, and then gave the good news to Riker and Allison that they were going to stay for at least one more week.

Michael and Peta were eliminated on Week 4.

With just nine celebs left, the leaderboard at the end of Week 4 is as follows:

  • 39: Willow Shields
  • 36: Nastia Liukin
  • 35: Rumer Willis
  • 34: Riker Lynch, Robert Herjavec
  • 32: Noah Galloway
  • 30: Patti LaBelle
  • 28: Suzanne Somers
  • 27: Chris Soules

After tonight’s elimination, only nine celebrities will be left to dance their way to the big prize: the Season 20 Mirror Ball trophy. Last week, Chris Soules, Charlotte McKinney, and Noah Galloway were all in danger of being voted off, and it didn’t surprise most fans to find out that Charlotte and partner Keo were eliminated.

Buddy TV reports that two couples are tied for first place on the leaderboard after last week’s Latin Night performances. Riker Lynch and Allison Holker as well as Nastia Liukin and Derek Hough both ended up with a score of 34, giving them the edge over the other eight couples if fans gave them plenty of vote-love after the show.

Rumer Willis and Val Chmerkovskiy ended up in third place with a score of 33, with Willow Shields and Mark Ballas trailing close behind with a 32. Great scores alone won’t keep them in the competition, but both couples seem to have a good following, so there’s a good chance they will be safe for another week.

Noah Galloway, who was in danger of elimination last week, rebounded nicely with a score of 30 last week. The 33-year-old Army veteran, who lost his left leg above his knee and his left arm above the elbow during his second tour in Iraq, continues to impress fans with his determination on the dance floor. Galloway tells People that he gives credit to his partner, Sharna Burgess, for adapting to his injuries. If he is eliminated tonight, it certainly won’t be for lack of effort.

Robert Herjavec and his partner, Kym Johnson, received a score of 29 last week and continue to campaign for votes on social media. Although USA Today reports that the Shark Tank star is struggling with back pain related to an accident he was in a few years ago, last week’s decent score and the couple’s popularity may save them for another week.

Although Chris Soules was in danger of elimination last week, the Bachelor and his partner, Witney Carson, got back in the running with a 28. The effort is there, so there is no doubt team #SouleShakers will be counting on votes from their fans to keep them dancing for another week.

One of the four couples who ended up with the lowest scores last week may be eliminated on Monday night, with rumors buzzing online that Patti LaBelle may be the celebrity who will go home on Week 4.

  • Riker Lynch and Allison Holker – 25
  • Suzanne Somers and Tony Dovalani — 25
  • Michael Sam and Peta Murgatroyd – 24
  • Patti LaBelle and Artem Chigvintsev – 22

As far as the surprise announcement (video above) that will be made tonight, WetPaint speculates that it could be related to the 10th anniversary special that is set to air in May. Perhaps Tom Bergeron will announce a line-up of special guests for the show. Any other guesses?

Tune in to watch Dancing with the Stars Week 4 at 8 p.m. on ABC to find out who will be leaving the show tonight and who will continue on to compete for the Mirror Ball trophy. If you’re unable to watch, this post will be updated with the name of the eliminated couple shortly after the announcement is made.
