Paris Hilton Kim K BFF Bummer As Kim Kardashian Tells Kanye West Pregnancy News And Surgery Shocker [Video]

For years, Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian ranked among the most famous BFFs. But apparently the “forever” part of that equation is now in jeopardy, as Paris is commenting on Kardashian-West in a questionable way, reported People.

Although it’s no longer on the air, Paris used her starring role on The Simple Life to climb up the entertainment industry ladder. It led to opportunities as a singer and now as a DJ. During many of those years, Kim climbed that ladder by her side.

But as to who gave who a leg up on the rise to success? Paris feels that she is the one who inspired Kim.

“We’ve known each other since we were little girls; we’ve always been friends,” reminisced Paris.

“It’s nice to inspire people,” stated Hilton proudly of her influence on Kim.

As to whether she and Kim ever reunite?

“[I saw her] a few weeks ago in New York. We were hanging out,” revealed Paris.

She praised the family that Kim has created with Kanye West.

“They’re so cute together. They’re the perfect couple. [She has] always wanted to have a family, so I’m really happy for her.”

However, Kim’s attempts to have a second baby have been frustrating for the reality TV star, as the Inquisitr reported.

“I’ve been having sex 500 times a day,” declared Kim during the Season 10 promo for Keeping Up with the Kardashians. “I’m practicing really hard. I try as many times a day I can.”

Now, however, Kim’s dreams of having a large family may be dashed, according to Now magazine. Her doctors told her that health problems may make her next child her last baby.

“When you have your baby this will be the last one,” Kim quoted her doctor.

“Because the problem is, your placenta grew on your uterus, so when you have another baby, your placenta will go right to that hole and then we’ll have a team of doctors waiting right there, to remove your uterus and put you into emergency surgery right there because you can’t bleed too much.”

Alerting Kanye about the news, Kim revealed that she burst into tears.

However, that surgery scenario may not play out, according to Life & Style.

“This doctor that I saw today told me every worse case scenario,” said Kim to Kanye during an upcoming episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
