‘The Walking Dead’ Season 6 Spoilers: The Wolves, Morgan’s Change, And More

The Walking Dead season 6 spoilers reveal that a lot of drama will be going down when the series returns in October, and after last week’s crazy season 5 finale, fans are dying to know what lies ahead for our favorite group of zombie apocalypse survivors.

Warning: Spoilers Ahead!

According to Den of Geek, there are a lot of changes coming in the new season, and showrunner Scott Gimple released a special message to viewers after Sunday’s finale.

“Season 6 for a good while now, humans have been the bigger threat. At the start of our next season, that will change. I said the show reinvents itself every 8 eps, and we’re doing it again, friendos. Now that these characters know they have what it takes to survive, what are they going to do with that power? How will they choose to live? Beyond answering those questions, we’re currently putting into motion some of our most ambitious stuff yet, and things are going to get very big, loud, and scary.”

Recently, Norman Reedus, who plays fan favorite character Daryl Dixon, revealed to The Hollywood Reporter, that “Wolves,” a gang of really bad people will be one of the main focal points in The Walking Dead Season 6.

“Terminus did horrible things behind the wall; they were a wimpy and in a cowardly way tricked people to going there and then they did their evil business once you got behind their walls. These guys are roamers and they seem like a whole bunch of Daryl’s gone south who have gone really bad and turned into wolves. They’re probably on the move; I don’t think they’re afraid to butcher people in front of people. They seem different than Terminus; Terminus was more cowardly. They would trick you into coming to Disneyland and then eat you.”

Entertainment Weekly reports that Morgan will also be back for season 6, and that his character has changed quite a bit. Morgan now believes that all life is precious, and since he walked in on Rick killing Pete in cold blood at Alexandria in the final scene of the season 5 finale, there could be a huge rift between the two characters who once were great friends and had a lot of respect for one another.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, The Walking Dead season 6 won’t air until later this year, fans will get their zombie fix as the spin-0ff series titled Fear The Walking Dead is set to air on AMC this summer, and will likely have big ratings
