Farrah Abraham Slams Fellow Teen Mom As ‘White Trash’
Teen Mom Farrah Abraham just can’t leave her co-star alone. Even after reportedly amending the rocky relationship between herself and co-star Catelynn Lowell during Couples Therapy last summer, Farrah is turning up the heat.
Just last week, soon after the premier of MTV’s new reality show Teen Mom OG, Abraham fueled the fire by re-tweeting a message from a fan slamming Catelynn for putting her first daughter up for adoption: “Technically @CatelynnLowell shouldn’t have been on the show cuz she gave up her kid,” the snarky message read.
Even in the face of that comment, Lowell maintained her cool, tweeting to let her own fans that she had “no beef” with Farrah Abraham.
But in Abraham’s latest jab against Catelynn Lowell, who is now the mother of 3-month-old Novalee as well as the 5-year-old Carly whom she did place with an adoptive family, Farrah didn’t even bother to hide behind a retweet. During the “after show” special of Teen Mom OG hosted by Nessa from Girl Code, Abraham referred to Lowell as “white trash.”
As Lowell spoke on stage with Nessa about ending the feud between herself and Farrah, Farrah, who was backstage at the time, actually laughed as Lowell spoke and then between giggles let producers know that Lowell was basically just dreaming.
“There’s somebody still in denial. Still in denial land of white trash!”
After Catelynn Lowell exited the stage, along with fellow Teen Mom OG stars Maci Bookout and Amber Portwood, Farrah made her way on stage for her solo interview and showed yet again that she is not interested in being friendly to any of her fellow teen moms, calling them fake.
“From the past, I’ve never initially got along with the girls. They had some other issues with myself from the get-go. I never spoke to them. I would never confide in them.”
When questioned as to why, Farrah answered, “Would I ever confide in people who are very fake and not real with themselves and kind of in denial and can’t empathize with someone? Of course not!”
Behind the scenes during Farrah’s solo interview, Amber asked her fellow co-stars, “Who is she talking about right now?”
Catelynn, unaware that Farrah just referred to her as “white trash,” replied, “All of us!”
Amber was blunt in her assessment: “She just burned bridges with everybody. What an idiot.”
When asked about her co-stars reactions to her return to the Teen Mom drama, particularly Maci’s threats to quit over it initially, Farrah said, “I just said I don’t have the energy for this. I don’t have the energy for that negativity,” calling Maci’s negative reactions to her Teen Mom comeback not valid.
In response, Maci said, “I just think that we have different opinions and that’s okay. We don’t have to agree on everything. That’s just how it is sometimes.”
