Katie Holmes Cutout Dress Stuns With New Date As ‘Going Clear’ Renews Suri And Tom Cruise Scientology Reports

Katie Holmes is reaping praise for her daring cutout fashion choice, while at the same time receiving attention with the airing of a new Scientology documentary, Going Clear. The ex-wife of Tom Cruise turned heads when she chose a hot pink cocktail dress with a cutout that allowed her to flaunt her flat abs at the Woman In Gold premiere, reported the Daily Mail.

At 36, Katie awed onlookers at the Museum Of Modern Art’s elite event. As for her date for the film premiere starring Helen Mirren, Katie belied all those rumors that she’s going out with Jamie Foxx by showing up with the designer of her pink dress, Zac Posen.

And giving credit to her team, Holmes posted appreciation for the experts who helped her sizzle.

While 8-year-old Suri Cruise didn’t attend the event, she has become a hot topic again in the wake of a documentary about Scientology. As the Inquisitr reported, Tom Cruise admitted that Katie’s desire to protect her daughter from being raised in the Church of Scientology was a motivation for her decision to divorce him.

Now HBO’s Going Clear: Scientology and the Prison of Belief has taken viewers inside the world of that religion, reported the Washington Post. Based on Lawrence Wright’s book, the documentary showcases both church officials and former members.

And among the highlights, the impact on Scientology celebrity members such as Cruise and John Travolta was detailed. Wright charges that Scientology head David Miscavige turns to such stars for two purposes. He employs them both to provide funds and to encourage others, including fellow celebs, to join.

Although Cruise hit a rocky section of his path through Scientology to the tap, his divorce to Nicole Kidman provided Miscavige the opportunity to encourage Tom to become a leader in promoting the Church of Scientology to the world.

Current church officials offered a statement on the claims.

“The church claims that Miscavige has no involvement in Cruises’s personal life,” said Going Clear director Alex Gibney.

As for Katie Holmes? She’s secretly enjoying life with Jamie Foxx, according to Us Weekly, especially after her highly publicized divorce from Cruise.
