Nick Jonas got down and partied with fans Friday night, but not in his usual fashion.
According to People, Nick Jonas made a “very special” house call when he reportedly hijacked the alcohol delivery app, Saucey, in Los Angeles. The former JoBro reportedly not only made some alcohol deliveries but also mingled with fans, and even performed a few songs for them.
“He did ‘Jealous’ and ‘Chains’ and everyone sang along. Everyone was so excited and he served each customer their first drink when they got in the room before he played,” a source tells People.
According to E! News, Nick Jonas joined in the festivities this past Friday night while delivering fans some spirits for the evening. He not only delivered and served fans, but also took part and did some shots of his own. A Saucey driver reportedly was Nick’s designated driver, so the former JoBro wasn’t breaking any drinking and driving laws.
“It was like a very weird and vivid dream that I’ve had since I was 14 coming true,” party-goer Shannon McNulty said to E! News. “Literally, I don’t think it’s possible to have gathered bigger Jonas Brothers fans trying to play it cool. I just started laughing because I couldn’t believe it was happening. Also, I camped out at Disneyland to meet the Jonas Brothers once in high school and it was a very tragic, quick, emotional experience. This really brought things full circle.”
Of course, those who were graced with Nick’s presence made sure the world knew about the special events. Party-goers quickly took to social media to post about the experience.
Saucey: Alcohol Delivery is a free app that, as their name suggests, delivers alcohol directly to buyers.
“Why you’ll love Saucey: The Alcohol Delivery App? Saucey is the fastest easiest and most reliable way to order alcohol and have it delivered. Simply pick what beer, wine, or spirits you want, checkout with our card on file, and your Saucey driver will be there shortly with your alcohol delivery.”
The app’s description goes on to say that Saucey is perfect for a “night in, bbq, dinner, office event, tailgate, pre-party, after-party” and so on, but when served with a side of Nick Jonas, any party would be complete.
According to E! News, Nick Jonas made around 10 alcohol deliveries over the course of four hours, and had even hinted about his Friday night plans in a tweet earlier in the day.
