Jason Statham Buys Mansion Love Nest With Model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley — Price $13 Million

Jason Statham has purchased a five-year “dating anniversary” present — a mansion that he will now occupy with his gal pal of the last half-decade, British Victoria’s Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. This despite the 20-year age difference between the two, making the Transporter star literally old enough to be his lady friend’s father.

Actually, according to reports out of Beverly Hills, California, where the couple will now reside when they are not off traveling the world making action movies and posing for lingerie photo shoots, Statham and Huntington-Whiteley split the cost of their new mansion — which carried a reported price tag of $13 million.

The full cost of the five-bedroom, eight bath home — with 7,119 square feet of interior space to call their own — was reported at a whopping $13 million. That would seem to indicate that the home was heavily financed, because Huntington-Whiteley has a reported net worth of just $5 million, $1.5 million less than she would have had to contribute if the English-born couple paid full price for the mansion.

For that matter, Jason Statham is worth a reported $40 million, meaning that his $6.5 million share would take more than 16 percent of all the money he has.

On the other hand, Statham may have financed part of his share with proceeds from the sale of his previous home, a glass-walled house in the Hollywood Hills that was priced at $2.74 million.

Statham’s previous house was a cozy little cubby hole compared to the new mansion, with just 2,280 square feet of space and a mere three bedrooms and three baths.

Statham is 47-years-old while Huntington-Whiteley is 27. But the model, who hails from Plymouth, England, has said that dating a fellow England native helps her stay sane in the celebrity whirlwind of Hollywood.

But the pair are not engaged, at least not that they acknowledge publicly — despite the fact that Huntington-Whiteley was seen late last year sporting a snazzy new ring and the couple have now reportedly gone halfsies on a Beverly Hills mansion love nest,

In addition to the vast amounts of indoor space, the new home for the couple is said to have large outdoor areas to accommodate the fact that Jason Statham and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley share a passion for dogs, with each owning several.

The mansion also comes complete with a waterfall pool, where Jason Statham and his girlfriend will likely spend plenty of time unwinding between film projects.
