Kylie Jenner Says Lip Liner ‘Changed Her Life,’ Reveals Her $5 Beauty Secret
Kylie Jenner has become a subject of plastic surgery rumors. But the 17-year-old insists that her thick lips are created by lip liner, not by lip plumpers or injections. In an interview with Grazia U.K., the reality star says that lip liner has “definitely changed my life.”
Jenner says: “I always have, like, every color lip liner [in my bag].” She also revealed her drugstore beauty secret that only costs $5.00.
“I love CVS. I get all my lashes from there. We definitely have great lashes in the family [naturally], but lately I’ve been obsessed with strip lashes… All I do is wear fake lashes! I love them.”
By doing a simple search on CVS.com, you can see that strip lashes cost as little as $5.00! The drugstore also sells other faux lashes that cost $5.00 and up.
Kylie says that she looks up to Khloe Kardashian for fashion and beauty tips. Some fans have speculated that it was the other way around, as Khloe has been looking more and more like Kylie.
“She always [told] me growing up to put sunscreen on my hands and face, and [to] always wash my face before I go to sleep.”
Kardashian also taught Jenner how to properly apply foundation. The teen recalled the time when she stole mom Kris Jenner’s foundation.
“I used her foundation for the first time, and she so wasn’t my skin color—she was like 10 shades darker, and I saw my sister Khloé after. Khloé was like, ‘Are you wearing makeup? That is not your shade, Kylie.’ I was so embarrassed!”
Kylie has apparently been wearing makeup for years. It looks like now that she’s perfected the look. It’s no secret that young girls on Instagram have been copying Kylie Jenner’s signature pout, arched eyebrows, and faux eyelashes.
Us Weekly seems to think that Jenner is a dead ringer for Kim Kardashian these days. Both of the ladies have been rocking nude lipstick, bronzer, and edgy bob hairstyles. Not to mention, both Jenner and Kardashian love to show off their breasts in see-through clothing and cleavage-baring tops. Now that Kim has dyed her hair platinum blonde, the two sisters haven’t been looking that much alike.
Kylie has been sharing a lot of her beauty tips lately. The Inquisitr previously reported that the teen beauty queen spends “40 minutes” on her lips, according to Scott Disick. That same report also linked Kylie’s makeup tips, given by her makeup artist. Kylie recently graced the cover of Remix magazine, in which she wore a messy ponytail and soft nude lips.
