Mauricio Umansky Demanded Kyle Richards Cut Ties With Kim?
Did Mauricio Umansky ban Kyle Richards from talking to her sister, Kim, after filming on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5? According to a new report, Kyle’s husband has had enough of the way Kim treats her, and doesn’t want them communicating.
On March 25, a source told Radar Online that Kyle had been instructed by Mauricio Umansky to cut ties with her sister.
Mauricio Umansky is “disgusted with Kim’s antics and how ungrateful he thinks she has been towards Kyle,” the source explained.
Most recently, the wife of Mauricio Umansky was accused of stealing her mother’s home from Kim. After her death, the home was supposed to be split by her three daughters, Kyle, Kim and Kathy Hilton, but Kyle ultimately bought both of her sisters out and sold the home — at least according to Kyle. Kim, on the other hand, feels Kyle scammed her out of the property.
“For years before RHOBH, the couple helped financially support Kim. From paying for car repairs to tuition bills, Kyle always gave money whenever she asked. This was before [Mauricio Umansky] became wildly successful. At the beginning, times were lean. Any extra money Kyle and [Mauricio Umansky] had went to Kim.”
In addition to Kim and Kyle’s dispute over their mother’s home, the pair are also at odds over Kim’s dog’s attack on Mauricio Umansky’s daughter, Alexia. In November of last year, Kim’s pit bull left Alexia in need of multiple surgeries on her hand after she was attacked at her aunt’s home. Following the attack, Kim offered no financial compensation.
“Unless Kim apologizes to Kyle for her behavior, [Mauricio Umansky] will encourage his wife to keep her distance from her.”
As the Inquisitr previously reported, Mauricio Umansky’s wife faced off with Kim during The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion, and was reportedly unable to resolve any of their issues.
In a sneak peek of the upcoming episode, Kim didn’t seem concerned with making amends with Mauricio Umansky’s wife.
“We definitely have some things that we need to work on, but it has to take place outside this setting with a therapist and … you know, if we think it’s something we want to work on. At this point right now, I’m really okay just the way things are.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 reunion begins airing on Tuesday at 9 p.m. on Bravo. It is unclear whether or not Mauricio Umansky will appear.
