Kate Middleton’s Final Engagements Before Maternity Leave Announced

Kate Middleton is due to give birth to her new son or daughter at some point next month. It looks as though the Duchess of Cambridge is now coming towards the end of her royal duties before she embarks on her maternity leave, because it’s teased that her final commitments will be carried out on Friday, March 27.

The Duchess Of Cambridge’s antics have been confirmed on her Twitter page, and she will be joined by her husband Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge, for the three events, which are in support of young people in South London.

It’s not been confirmed that these will actually be Kate Middleton’s final public appearances and engagements before she gives birth, but as she is due to do that between the middle and end of April, it’s likely that she will be resting up for the big day sooner rather than later.

The 32-year-old Duke and 33-year-old Duchess of Cambridge will be traveling to both Sydenham and Gypsy Hill for their endeavours. The pair will be seeing how XLP, a charity that is at the cutting edge of urban youth work in the United Kingdom, helps communities and schools in that area.

After they’ve completed their appearances, William and Kate will then visit Deptford, where they will take a tour of the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust’s centre. The trust was set up after the death of Stephen Lawrence in 1993. Aged just 18-years-old, Lawrence was killed as a result of a racially-motivated attacked, and he bled the death after being stabbed.

The centre that is named in his honor has been described as a “place of community learning and social research, inspiring and motivating young people.”

The Duchess Of Cambridge recently confirmed at a previous charity event that she is due to give birth in either the middle or at the end of April. This will be her second child, as she is also the mother of 20-month-old Prince George.
