Authorities in Virginia are urgently looking for Noah Terry Thomas, a 5-year-old boy who was last seen on Sunday morning in Dublin. The details surrounding his disappearance are still being investigated by law enforcement as they search nonstop for the child. News Channel 11 reports that multiple police forces are searching for the child, utilizing resources to search by land and air. Police have also been seen using bloodhounds in the search for the missing child. There have also been reports indicating that divers have searched bodies of water near the family home.
Meanwhile, Sheriff Davis with the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department says that this case is being treated as a missing child who has wandered off on foot. Both parents have reportedly been fully cooperative and have been with investigators throughout the search, which has lasted longer than 24 hours now. Authorities have clarified that they do not suspect foul play in this disappearance at this time.
Five-year-old Noah Thomas was with his mother when she took his father to work before 7 a.m., in Dublin, Virginia. The mother told investigators that they returned home, but between 9 a.m., and 10:30 a.m., she realized that Noah was not in the home where he was supposed to be inside watching television.
Even though there is no evidence of foul play, ABC News 7 has reported that Noah Terry Thomas may be in danger. That’s because the child’s family believes he walked away from his home and has possibly wandered into the wooded areas near the residence. He was last seen wearing a camouflage jacket and black and yellow pants. He was also wearing Spider-Man rain boots. He stands at approximately four feet tall and weighs around 60 pounds, with red hair and green eyes.
