Rob Kardashian Suffering From Depression: Odd Behavior Is Just Who He Is

Rob Kardashian tends to stay out of the spotlight for most of the time, but when he wants a bit of attention, he knows how to get it. Kardashian will say or post something on Instagram or Twitter that will catch the tabloids’ attention. Once it has been discussed heavily in the press, Kardashian will go back and delete his comments. It tends to be a common occurrence for Rob.

Of course, Rob Kardashian willingly stopped filming Keeping Up with the Kardashians a few months ago, as he didn’t feel comfortable being in front of the cameras anymore. Kardashian has gained a lot of weight, and Rob no longer wanted to showcase his personal issues on national television. Rumor has it that he moved far away from his family to create some distance.

According to a new People report, Rob Kardashian posted something over the weekend to stir the pot and clearly people are shocked at his comments. Rob compared his older sister Kim Kardashian to a psychotic wife and killer – none other than Amy Dunne in Gone Girl. But sources say that Rob’s comparison is just part of who he is.

“He has a funny sense of humor and posts weird things and then deletes them,” a source has revealed about Rob Kardashian, adding, “It’s just him.”

Kim Kardashian has yet to respond to Rob Kardashian’s comments about her, but it sounds like Kim doesn’t want to bring their troubled sibling relationship into the public eye. Based on the previews for this season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, both Kim and Khloe Kardashian express concern for Rob’s current situation.

“He’s been depressed and just a bit off in general,” the source adds, pointing to the fact that Rob Kardashian continues to struggle with his weight and body, revealing, “But he has always been this way. He just can’t lose the weight and he doesn’t try – he just sits around.”

According to the Inquisitr, Kim reveals that she has tried to get her brother to turn his attitude around. Of course, being the brother of three very successful sisters can be tough. It is no wonder that Rob feels that he can’t measure up.

“I just feel, especially over the last year, Rob has become very introverted and has a kind of social anxiety. He’s definitely not at his happiest place that he once was, and I know he can get to that happy place and he will,” Kim has said of her brother, adding, “I try to encourage him, and once you don’t make that change for so long… my patience wears out.”
