Powerball Winning Numbers For March 21: Can You Claim $50 Million?

Many people say they don’t like to play the Powerball when the amount of the jackpot isn’t that high. Some state that a jackpot of $40 million or $50 million isn’t worth spending two bucks on, but there are those that think they are crazy. Winning $50 million is receiving $50 million that you didn’t have before so make sure to check the Powerball winning numbers for March 21.

There was no winner in Wednesday night’s drawing of the Powerball that had a jackpot of $40 million. With no lucky numbers drawn, it brought Saturday night’s drawing total up another $10 million that would please anyone.

Here are the winning numbers for March 21: 11, 16, 30, 38, 42 with a Powerball of 7. Power Play was at 4X.

Just imagine what you could do with that much money?

The Chicago Tribune reported about a man name Roy Cockrum who bought a Powerball ticket last year and ended up winning $259 million. He ended up taking the lump-sum payment of $115 million after taxes, and he knew exactly what he wanted to do with his money.

“I had made a mental note throughout my life of all the people who were going to get my support should I ever have a pile of cash,” he said. “I think everyone who plays the lottery knows what they would do with the money, were they to win. Wouldn’t you?”

He has good plans for his new-found riches and it’s to give away the majority of it to nonprofit theaters — the Steppenwolf Theatre and Goodman Theatre.

If you’re not lucky enough to match all five white ball numbers and the red Powerball number, maybe you lucked out with the five white balls. That wouldn’t be a bad thing though as that kind of luck would net you $1 million, per Powerball.

Should you be that lucky and have spent an extra dollar for the Power Play, then your winnings would be upped to $2 million.

Many people believe that big payouts can ruin someone, but the Powerball winning numbers can also save lives and change them for the better.

When it comes to the Powerball winning numbers, you either have them or you don’t. It’s that simple and it’s the luck of the draw, nothing more. If you matched all the numbers for the drawing on Saturday, March 21, then consider yourself lucky. No matter what some people may say, $50 million is nothing to be sad about.
