Erin Andrews: Does Her Massive Diamond Ring Mean She’s Engaged?
E! finally put all the rumors to rest regarding Erin Andrews’ alleged “engagement.” Last Monday night, the Fox Sports broadcaster uploaded a picture of herself on Instagram donning a huge diamond ring that caused many to speculate whether Andrews is already engaged or not. However, E! confirmed that the jewelry that the season 20 host was wearing was all part of the Dancing with the Stars wardrobe.
In the picture, Andrews was adorned in Martin Katz jewels which amounted to a total of $233,000. The center of everybody’s attention is an asscher-cut diamond ring that weighs 2.01 carats and is set in an 18-carat white gold band. Aside from its huge centerpiece, the ring also has 22 baguette diamonds and 88 microset diamonds.
However, the frosting doesn’t stop there. The broadcaster’s other hand was also luxuriously dressed with yet another expensive diamond ring. On her other ring finger, Andrews wore a 1.72 carat brilliant-cut diamond ring set in 18-carat white gold and accented with 412 round diamonds. She topped off her hand accessories with five stackable diamond bands.
To complete her look, the DWTS host wore large diamond “rain” earrings also set in 18-carat gold. It features 88 round diamonds and microset with 16 diamonds each. This extravagant display lead many to comment that Andrews seems to be “living the dream.” E! placed a lid on all the rumors, though, saying that the host was purposely fashioned to look all “blinged out” for the show.
Andrews has been dating L.A. Kings hockey player Jarret Stoll. In 2014, the broadcaster was caught on a video avoiding a kiss from rapper 50 Cent. A month later, Andrews’ refusal became clear when she went public with her new athletic beau Stoll who was previously linked to Arrow actress Katie Cassidy.
The DWTS host has also been facing a lot of questions about her boyfriend’s appearance in the show. Many people have been asking if Stoll is going to grace the dancing competition anytime soon. Andrews responded that it is highly unlikely.
“I don’t think my man would do very well being in hair and makeup,” she said. “He would not like that whole ordeal. He does love fashion, but I don’t think he would enjoy being in the hair and makeup trailer very long.”
Even if engagement is not a part of the picture yet, Andrews and Stoll are reported to be doing well and happy in their relationship.
