WWE News: WWE Teasing Former World Champion For WWE Hall Of Fame On WWE ‘RAW’?

The 2015 WWE Hall of Fame class is starting to take shape, as one more entrant will be announced for this year’s class. Already put into the class of 2015 are “Macho Man” Randy Savage, Alundra Blayze, Rikishi, Conor “the Crusher” Michalek (who is getting the inaugural “Warrior Award”), Arnold Schwarzenegger, and the Bushwhackers.

Earlier in the year, the Inquisitr reported that Kevin Nash, former-WWE champion, was rumored to be the headliner for the WWE Hall of Fame this year. It appears that the rumor might be correct. Earlier today, the WWE teased the next entrant into the WWE Hall of Fame.

“The gossip going around WWE is that a former World Champion will be taking his place in sports-entertainment immortality… Who will be joining ‘Macho Man’ Randy Savage, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Rikishi, The Bushwhackers, Alundra Blayze and Warrior Award recipient Connor Michalek in the Hall’s Class of 2015 on the eve of WrestleMania 31? Could it be a former WWE World Heavyweight Champion from the company’s early years? Is it an Attitude Era icon? Is it even a WWE competitor, or will it be a WCW or ECW icon joining the Hall?”

Kevin Nash is a legend in the professional wrestling business. His contribution to the WWE and WCW, including the controversial jump to Eric Bischoff’s promotion, helped wrestlers get guaranteed pay, which was a first in the wrestling industry. He, along with Scott Hall, changed the wrestling business forever.

The last few months for Kevin Nash have been much better than the ones before that. For those that missed the scandal at Christmas time, Nash got into an altercation with his son. Long story short, Nash’s son was getting physical with his mother, and then Kevin Nash took matters into his own hands and defended his wife. At first, the WWE suspended Nash’s legends deal with the company.

He was at risk for the special edition of WWE RAW, where the nWo reunited in the middle of the ring. On that same night, the EPA and the New Age Outlaws also came out to enjoy the reunion. Before the charges were dropped, Nash wasn’t supposed to be at the WWE RAW reunion. Luckily for the WWE Universe, Nash was able to celebrate with his nWo brethren.

The latest news about Nash is his stance on marijuana and athletes. When TMZ interviewed him recently, Nash spoke about how marijuana would help athletes heal, rather than continue to take pills. As for Nash in the WWE, he should be announced for the WWE Hall of Fame tomorrow night. His accomplishments are certainly deserving of a spot alongside Randy Savage and others.
