Kourtney Kardashian is celebrating her weight loss success with good reason. The new mom posted a photo of her scale, showing that she now weighs just 120 skinny pounds, reported Us Weekly.
With three children, Kourtney has joined the ranks of moms who find that shedding the baby weight becomes increasingly challenging. But now, after having little Reign only three months ago, Kardashian is ready to cheer for herself in winning the battle of the bulge.
“First day that I have seen this number in a while,” wrote Kourtney for her Instagram caption.
In addition to owning her exact weight, Kourtney shared her slim-down secrets with her followers. And it all centers on exercising.
Posting a photo of herself in a teeny-tiny bikini, Kardashian wrote, “Just found this pic and now I’m going on a run! This was in Bora Bora when Mason was a year old.”
Kourtney also became her own motivational cheerleader, but she was honest in just how difficult it became to lose that won’t-budge bulge.
“14 stubborn pounds to go. Let’s go!”
And one more secret in addition to exercise. As the Inquisitr reported, Kourtney believes in the benefits of placenta pills.

So just what’s the magic behind this option? In theory, eating the placenta provides an energy boost while battling depression. Women can either use the direct eating route, or as Kourtney shared, swallow the ground-up placenta in capsule form.
So now that she weighs 120 pounds, is Kourtney done losing weight? No, Kardashian wants to achieve an additional weight loss goal, reported Access Hollywood.
According to Kourtney, she feels that her healthiest weight is 105 pounds. As for her lowest weight ever as an adult? Kardashian used to weigh a very slender 95 pounds.
In addition to their new son, Reign, Kourtney and her boyfriend, Scott Disick, have a daughter, Penelope, who is 2-years-old and an older son, Mason, who is 5-years-old.
To lose the baby weight in the past, Kourtney has tried a variety of diets, according to Hollywood Life. After Penelope, Kardashian succeeded in taking off about 50 pounds in a mere six months.
Kourtney called in an expert, celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, to help her take off the weight with Tracy’s unique dance fitness workouts. The two worked out early in the morning before the children were awake.
In addition, the new mom walked with the children.
“I did tons of walking with this massive stroller I have called the Bugaboo Donkey. It holds two kids, so I would put them both in and go for an hourlong walk. A lot of it would be uphill, so it would be pretty major.”
Diet counts, too, emphasizes Kourtney.
“I don’t count calories. I just try not to overeat and I keep portions down. My breakfast every day is a protein shake with a banana, an apple, nonfat yogurt, milk, almonds, cinnamon and ice with a scoop of vanilla QuickTrim. For lunch I’ll have a piece of fish or a salad with avocado. And then for dinner I’ll make fresh soup in my blender, like butternut squash or tomato and zucchini.”
Drinking green tea and avoiding alcohol also helps.
“I don’t drink because I’m breast-feeding. Besides, drinking doesn’t fit into my lifestyles of walking up super early and working out,” added Kourtney.
