Justin Bieber Sings Ne-Yo’s ‘So Sick’ And More At Impromptu LA Show, Mobbed By Fans Outside
Justin Bieber must miss performing at regular concerts.
Video footage reveals the 21-year-old superstar delighting an audience with an impromptu acoustic set at The Nice Guy spot in Hollywood, Los Angeles on Friday night.
The singer was mobbed by fans as he left the venue, but took time to pose for photos with admirers.
Justin was accompanied during the show by musical director and guitarist Dan Kanter.
Reeling back the years, the singer bust out a rendition of Ne-Yo’s 2006 “So Sick” hit, just as he did in a talent contest in his Stratford hometown eight years ago.
Ne-Yo subsequently gave the Biebs’ version his seal of approval in a tweet the next day.

Lensman Jeff Kravitz — who attended the surprise show along with Justin’s mother Pattie Mallette and maternal grandparents — tweeted, “About to see @justinbieber do a secret show. Here’s a hint. It’s in LA,” just before it kicked off.
“It was a good time — really intimate but so crowded,” a patron told Billboard. “Justin was in a great mood, mingling with everyone and taking pictures. And he sounded great.”

The Canadian ended his set by saying, “God bless” to the crowd, adding, “And for those who hate me, just thank you for letting me f*** it and just play some s***.”

After singing his heart out, the Biebs attentively posed for selfies with fans waiting outside the Hollywood haunt.

The mobbing appeared to take a toll on Justin at one point.
Justin’s second acoustic show in one week, follows his scheduled unplugged concert after taking part in Will Ferrell’s charity tennis tournament in Palm Springs to raise college funds for cancer survivors.
Earlier on Friday, the singer went to a rehearsal for his Comedy Central Roast, which he is et to tape on Saturday before a live audience.
Comic-actor and Roast Master Kevin Hart, lifestyle maven Martha Stewart, rappers Snoop Dogg and Ludacris, ex-NBA star Shaquille O’Neal, Saturday Night Live’s Peter Davidson, and comics Natasha Leggero, Jeff Ross and Chris D’Elia will be on hand for the takedown.
The highly anticipated Bieber-skewering will air on the network at 10:00 p.m ET on March 30.
On Friday, amid a ton of roast-related posts, Ross posted a picture of himself and Justin at the rehearsal, which he captioned, “Aren’t we fedorable? #BieberRoast rehearsal with the man of the hour… Justin Bieber. This is gonna be bananas!”
While details of what the roasters will be verbally throwing at Justin aren’t known, clearly the singer felt up to singing after his run-through. Kanter tweeted a glowing verdict post-show, writing,
“Loved our impromptu show tonight! JB sounded better than ever! What did you think,” he asked, “@jeffkravitz @jackolat @YeshuaTheGudwin @Andrew50Watt?”
