Josh Hamilton & Wife Katie Quit ‘RHOC?’ Have The Pair Stopped Filming Season 10?
Have Josh Hamilton and his wife, Katie, stopped filming on the 10th season of The Real Housewives of Orange County? Weeks into production, a source claims the couple, who may be headed for a split, are no longer filming for the Bravo reality show.
On March 9, insiders told Rumorfix that Josh Hamilton and his wife stopped filming weeks ago, after his reported relapse, and may never return to the show. According to the site, the cast of The Real Housewives of Orange County have been seen filming in Southern California, but Katie has been no where in sight.
Rumorfix‘s source also claimed Josh Hamilton’s wife did not attend the cast trip, which is always a major event for the women, and often results in tons of drama seen over the course of two or more episodes.
As the Inquisitr reported, Josh Hamilton and his wife could be on the rocks after he allegedly relapsed on “at least” cocaine. In a report by Reality Tea, via Yahoo Sports, a source claimed Josh Hamilton’s relapse may have stemmed from a heated fight he had with Katie hours prior.
“[Josh Hamilton] has told people his latest spiral began around Super Bowl weekend after a fight with his wife. Because he cannot carry cash or credit cards, [Josh Hamilton] wrote himself a check to cash. He wound up at a strip club and used cocaine.”
After reports of Josh Hamilton’s relapse hit the web, CBS’s Jon Heyman tweeted to fans about the incident, claiming Hamilton had admitted his wrongdoings to the MLB prior to his regularly scheduled drug testing.
The tweets, via Deadline, were about Hamilton.
“Hear hamilton had relapse. Believe occurred a couple months back. Involved at least cocaine. Honorably, he confessed.”
“There’s no word of a failed test. Word is, Hamilton told mlb about relapse. He’d be put in PROGRAM as 1st time offender. [all sic]”
Josh Hamilton has struggled with drug addiction for years, and had been enrolled in a program with the MLB, which required him to submit regular drug tests in order to remain active in the league.
While most would argue his latest incident should result in a suspension, others have suggested he would further benefit from rehab.
Regardless of whether or not they quit the series, Josh Hamilton and his wife will be seen, at least in a limited role, on The Real Housewives of Orange County, which returns to Bravo later this year.
