Chelsea On Hillary Advice: Grandma Clinton Bossy About Baby As Email Scandal Grows [Video]

New mom Chelsea Clinton is candid about new grandma Hillary Clinton’s baby-raising advice. Although Hillary is eager to offer tips on toddlers, Chelsea isn’t so excited about every word of wisdom from her politician mom, who is in the midst of an email controversy, she told Sky News.

Chelsea made the statement while revealing her future. Will she ever become the third member of the Clinton family to become a politician? Well, maybe, said the daughter of former President Bill Clinton.

“Absolutely, I’d consider it one day. Right now I live in a city and a state and a country where I support my elected officials. But if that were to change and if at the same time I were to think that other people could be better advocates for (the issues I care about) then I’d have to ask and answer that question.”

Although Chelsea has always been passionate about equal rights for women, she admits that becoming a mother to baby Charlotte changed everything for her.

“What had been such an imperative to me… became all that more visceral, because now it’s not just all girls that I’m fighting for, it’s also Charlotte,” said Chelsea.

And the new mom reflected on how she feels watching her own mother take on the role of grandmother.

“It’s amazing… watching her read to Charlotte, watching her give Charlotte a bottle, watching her sing to Charlotte,” revealed Chelsea.

As for Hillary’s advice on how to raise the baby?

“Er, she definitely gives me advice, some of it I take and some of it I sort-of smile and say ‘thank you’ for,” Chelsea confessed.

Asked whether her mother will run for President, Chelsea hedged on her answer.

“I don’t know, I really don’t, she’s making up her mind right now, and I know that she’s going to make the right decision for herself and our family,” said Chelsea.

But while Chelsea paints a sweet portrait of her mother, Hillary herself is facing an email controversy, reported Business Insider.

The brouhaha erupted when Clinton was questioned about allegedly abusing the email system by mixing private and official messages. Hillary calmly announced that she deleted approximately 30,000 emails.

“In going through the emails, there were over 60,000 in total, sent and received. About half were work-related and went to State Department, and about half were personal that were not in any way related to my work. I had no reason to save them, but that was my decision because federal guidelines are clear… For any government employee it is that government employees responsibility to determine what’s personal and what’s work related.”

However, Hillary chose a private email address, “clintonemail.com,” which she then used during 2009 through 2013, the time period during which she headed up the State Department. That email may have violated regulations designed to mandate how government employees keep federal records.

In addition, as the Inquisitr reported, Hillary is facing a backlash from Bill Clinton’s rides on the private plane owned by Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted pedophile and businessman. He also allegedly paid visits to the exclusive Caribbean retreat that he owned, dubbed “Orgy Island.”

Now, in the wake of the growing email controversy, will Hillary Clinton be able to overcome the past and make a successful run for President? What do you think? Post your comments below.
